This OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom, 2 bath top floor villa is located in building 14, which is the best and most popular oceanfront location within the community. Building 14 is located directly in front of the ocean with no view obstruction and is just a 100 yards away from the amazing clubhouse. Hali'i Kai's oceanfront clubhouse has a 180 degree view of the ocean, multi-level swimming pools with soothing waterfalls and a sandy bottom, poolside bar and grill, outdoor exercise cabana, BBQ areas, picnic tables and lounge areas to enjoy Hawaii's views at its best.

Our vacation home offers a California king-size bed and two twin beds (and a pull out sofa). The top floor level villa is 1,317 sq. ft with a 142 sq. ft. lanai with its own wet bar. Our unit is restricted from pets and smoking.

Hali'i Kai Ocean Club is one of the newest ocean front developments in Hawaii. It's located along Kohala Coast on the Big Island in Waikoloa Beach Resorts. The Hali’i Kai Ocean Club is now being constructed at Waikoloa Beach, next door to the world famous Hilton Waikoloa Resort Complex, where one can retreat to their Kohala Spa or enjoy various dining and shopping. The resort is by two spectacular golf courses that are surrounded by the beauty of Hawaii.

  • We enjoyed our stay in unit 14D very much. We had stayed in Hali'i Kai last year in building #15 and liked the location and view so much we booked a 10 day period this year (Jan 2009). The unit is very comfortable, we used only the master bedroom as there was only the two of us. The pool is great and staff at the beach club very helpful. Susie was extrememly prompt in replying to e-mails when I was booking the accomodation. I would highly recommend getting out and doing a few hikes - in particular doing the two hikes (one on either side of Waipio Valley). When you do the hike at the end of the hwy past Hawi make sure you not only hike down to the beach but continue across the valley floor and go up the trail to the top. We went about 5 mins past the gate and got a nice view BUT others said to continue about 15-20 mins past the gate to a bench. On the other side, go to the end of the hwy that goes through the little town of Waipio and park at the end of the road. The walk down is very steep but only 1 mile. It takes about 30 mins going down and 35 - 45 coming back up. Great views here even if you don't do the walk.
