This condo is IN Maggie Valley Club! Don't be confused - this is the real deal! This brand new (April 2007) two-bedroom, fully furnished, luxury condominium is in the newest section of the Maggie Valley Club. It sits ON the 10th fairway. The condo is luxuriously furnished with a king-sized bed, two twin beds and a leather queen sleeper sofa. The living room features a beautiful rock-framed propane fireplace. There is a screened-in porch with beautiful rock pillars just off the dining room.
Also, adjoining this condo unit, is a second condo unit which is identical in features and amenities, which makes this an ideal set up for multiple family or friends who want to vacation together, but want their own space. Discounts are available if both units are rented together.
Our condos are IN the newly built Maggie Valley Club community and are within walking distance of the brand new Maggie Valley Clubhouse.
Maggie Valley Club amenities include swimming pool, fitness center and tennis courts. These facilities are available with a $10 per day per family charge or a $50 per family per week (7 days) charge. Passes are available in the clubhouse.
