We spent two marvellous weeks at your house with my son's familly. We really enjoyed this clean and very practical house which offers large living areas while allowing privacy with three closed bedrooms. We loved staying in this clean and luxurious townhome. Everything you need is either right there or a very short drive to the store. The location is perfect! The townhome is very private but all the stores you want or need are right down the road. The kitchen is stunning! The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The pictures speak for themselves! The top floor has a glamorous and huge master suite. The second floor has 2 bedrooms. This is perfect if families are sharing this townhome. My husband and I stayed on the 2nd floor with our children in the next bedroom. My parents had plenty of privacy when they were upstairs in the master suite. Whenever we had a question, the owner was very helpful. We highly recommend renting this townhome! We will definitely be staying there again next year!

This is the perfect vacation getaway. Every conceivable amenity, conveniently located within a short drive to beach, and fully equipped. The owners have gone to extremes to ensure a great vacation. I would definitely recommend this home.

Our family spend a week last some at the luxury Townhouse in Rehoboth. We really had a lovely time and appreciated the light and contemporay decor, the cleaniness, the quite enviorement around the complex of Town Homes surrounded by corn fields. it felt like being at your own home by the sea with all the amenities that a family may need, games music beach supplies etc. We felt defenitly very well taking care of. This property is everything you could possibly hope for. Beautifully furnished with all the amenities you would want, we were wowwed by how well our every need was anticipated and met. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area and fully expect to stay there again myself in the future. They did an especially good job of anticipating the needs of techie travelers, with flat screen tvs, free high-speed internet and entertainment equipment throughout the home with docking stations for iPod/iPhone, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit and were very pleased with the property. It was clean, homey feeling and more upscale than one's typical beach rental. The location is great; very close drive to the beach, golf, shopping and water parks. We found the homeowners to be very accommodating as well. We highly recommend a stay here.

My family just returned from a great vacation to Rehoboth Beach. This was a last minute trip, so we had limited time to find a property. Fortunately, this townhouse was available for a short stay, and regrettably, we should have set aside more vacation time for the whole week! It's a very nicely decorated house with all of the amenities you could ask for. My older daughter who is 3 loved the townhouse and the games that it came with. We went to the community pool twice and both times we were hanging out in the pool just ourselves (talk about privacy!). The top and middle floors have separate AC controls so the baby who slept upstairs was just as cool as the rest of us downstairs. The one thing my wife and I appreciated about the house was that it actually came somewhat stocked with basic amenities like garbage bags, food condiments, and basic cleaning supplies like sponges and dishwashing liquid. The biggest pain is when you rent a place and you need to get these supplies ahead of time...no need in this case. It was about a 3 mile drive to the beach which we quickly realized is no big deal...we had originally wanted to stay a mile from the beach, but when it comes down it, there is no difference in being 1 mile or 3 miles from the beach. The great convenience about the location is that we passed 3 grocery stores, a Walmart (less than a mile away), and the Super Kmart. (I can't believe there's no Target in Rehoboth!!) The townhouse is also right next to a golf course ($10 all you can golf on Sunday??). Anyway, we were really happy and lucky to have found this place. The owner Joann was great to communicate with and made herself available all weekend in case we had questions. I highly recommend this place.
