  I am partial to Seal Beach having grown up here, and finding this rental on VRBO made for a perfect vacation for us! The house is roomy and open, tastefully appointed and decorated yet kid friendly. Our kids had a blast at the beach using the boogie boards and sand toys provided, and staying here made traveling with our infant SO much easier as Dan kindly provided a pack and play, stroller and many other kid "necessities" in the package. I look forward to making this a yearly visit!

  I would recommend this vacation home without hesitation. It was SUPER CLEAN, beautifully decorated and had a breathtaking view of the ocean on the rooftop deck. It was roomy and comfortable for my family of 7 (3 kids and grandparents). The house had modern amenities and was central to all the activities we wanted to go to (Disney, Hollywood, Marina del Rey, Catalina Island, shopping. It's a safe, quiet community with quaint shops, restaurants and beach within easy walking distance. Grocery stores and a pharmacy were close by as well. The listing description is truly accurate and well worth the rental cost. The owner, Dan was prompt with email responses, friendly and available when we needed something or had questions. Without a doubt, we would stay here next time we visited the area.

  We had a great familyreunion at this great rentalhouse. We were two familys, 5 adults and 3 kids in total. The description of this house and Seal Beach is very good. I would even say it's better than described. There were also beachtoys, bikes,and surfboards included. The house is bigger than in the pictures, also the sundeck is bigger for real and has two diningtables. It's a very peaceful nieghburhood and it felt safe to let the kids run around and go to beach. The Landlord is very helpful and nice. We were very pleased about everything and can definitely think of coming back. We would highly recommend it!

  We rented this house for 2 weeks for a family get together at the end of summer in Seal Beach. Not only was the house fantastic and well equipped but the owner also organised 12 days of extra sun when normally this time of the year is a bit colder. The house is just beside the beach where I spent most of my time in the water surfing and playing. Then back to this house for lunch on the rooftop. We found everything we needed in the house (including a stroller for our 10 month old son and cot) which made the trip super convient. Something we discussed is that the photos dont really do the house justice, once we got there we thought the property was much nicer than the photos in real life.

  I normally don't bother much writing reviews but I have to say this is one of the best homes we've ever stayed at as a family. We stayed 2 1/2 weeks over Xmas and New Year, and felt at total ease, not having been to LA before, the location was perfect: steps away from the beach (great for the kids), nice residential neighbourhood, near the airport, shopping, Disney, most attractions - very easy and hassle free. Very accommodating and extremely personable owner, made our stay all the much better. Dan - thanks so much - we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is fully equipped and we enjoyed the bicycle rides, beach gear, wireless internet, even books for the kids! I only feel sorry we don't often visit LA otherwise I would make this our regular home away from home. Definitely recommend for anyone considering a visit. Fantastic.

  We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The house is absolutely fabulous, with ocean views from most rooms and a fun roof-top patio area! We spent our days at the beach and our afternoons/evenings walking, eating, shopping on quaint Main Street! We met the most friendly people, some enjoying vacations, some who live in Seal Beach. We can't wait to go back and make this our annual family vacation!

  This was absolutely the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in! It was a perfect blend of contemporary and modern and was steps to the beach! The owners were helpful and accomodating and recommended dinner venues and shopping destinations. Seal Beach was the perfect distance between Disneyland and the beach. We can't wait to stay here again!

  Our family (8) comfortably spent Thanksgiving week at this lovely home. All of the listing info, photos, and property condition were as advertised and better! Excellent. The owners were very courteous, helpful and friendly. They took the time to insure that everything was in order. What an awesome location, just minutes from a beautiful, clean beach. On a clear day, you see Santa Catalina Island from the top deck, and a panoramic view of not only the beach and ocean but also the nearby mountains. We spent a day at Disney Land, but mostly stayed in the immediatee area. The quaint shops, restaurants and small town feel of Main Street which is only half of a block away,kept us "home". We enjoyed our stay.

  My family just left this house after a week of pure bliss! This is without a doubt the best rental I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It is close to everything you would want to do...Bolsa, Los Al Racetrack, Disney, everything! Best food on main st! Try the tacos and the pizza and the coffee lovers ice cream...all delish! We created memories on the rooftop deck that will be cherished forever. Amazing Views is an understatement! Nothing like going to bed with that ocean breeze....in the most confortable bed ever...Dan I stayed in the room with the balcony...what kind of mattress was that? I have not slept so well in years...let me know...I am getting one! Dan and his wife are the most accomodating....Thanks to both of you! As for the questions... 1. Yes the listing was accurate regarding the location. 2. Photos ......it is so much better than the photos. 3. Clean and well maintained...YES...wonderful. 4. Questions...yes they answered questions all the way to shopping! 5. I would most definitely recommend this property...well not until after I reserve it again! hehehe 6. We had dinner at Mahi's. OH MY!!!!! Delish Delish Delish!!!! Fishing on the pier was great, Surfing FUN! Right next to Main st with lots of shopping and dining. 5 minutes from Long Beach and the wonderful Shore House. And....SUPER MEX! ohhhhh Super Mex.....we dream of you when it is snowing here and we are so done with the cold...hehehehe... OH and go to WE OLIVE!!!!!!!! It is a little shop on 2nd st in Long Beach. The best Peach Vinegar EVER!!!!!! When we weren't going out eating great food we stayed home and made great food for the rooftop deck...NICE!!!!! Was it that ocean air that made the food so delish? hmmm.... or maybe the fantastic bar seating on the rooftop...next to the dumb waiter...oh yea! Walked to Bogarts for coffee and the paper each morning. I hope that all future renter have as good of a time as we did!
