This quiet home has three huge bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master has a whirlpool bath for your enjoyment, with it's oceanfront view balcony retreat where you can take a little private time to read the newspaper and have your morning coffee all the while listening to the waves and planning your day. Your private stairs to the beach, a bluff top patio and sunning deck with 180 degree ocean views, pool and jacuzzi, chaise lounges, tables and chairs for relaxing are all yours!

You have a built-in firepit and barbeque for those evening get-togethers with the family after a long day at the beach, sightseeing in San Diego or Orange County, or just hanging out here. Who would want to leave? There is no limit to things to do here!

One block north of Moonlight Beach, with pedestrian and vehicle security gates. Two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the master suite. The front balcony from the Master Bedroom has it's own private patio table seating, or just kick back in the whirlpool bath while enjoying the views! Take your shoes off and relax with your pina coladas while enjoying the fresh ocean breezes, in this gorgeous tropical setting.

Three suites, all with there own baths, plus a 1/2 guest bath on the first level. Grand Gourmet Chef's Kitchen that faces out to the dining room, and wonderful ocean views from all!

The master suite has a king-size bed, huge flat screen cable TV, overlooking a the gorgeous oceanfront patio. The 2nd suite also has a king-size bed, huge flat screen panel TV and wonderful views of the ocean and to the side, the pool and jacuzzi. Bedroom three has the third king size bed, huge flat panel TV, plus a set of twin bunk beds.

The living room again has a large flat panel screen cable TV, DVD and CD players. Parking on the adjacent property-site is a tandem private garage for two cars. Moonlight Beach is the focal point of all summer activities in the city of Encinitas. Indisputably the finest location for a resort property within city limits!

Large free form Swimming Pool, eight-person jacuzzi spa, Striking "Old World" Spanish architecture with very tropical grounds. This gorgeous house, (and I have another one, a 4 bedroom/4.5 bath 4000 square ft house very similar this one that may be available for your dates), or one of the three 2300 square ft condos on the adjacent property, is very close, (but not close enough to be a noise factor) to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway Beach Business District and is immediately proximate to the white sandy beaches of Moonlight Beach with permanent lifeguard headquarters, a tennis court, a tot lot, concession stand, fire rings, showers and public facilities. Pura vida!

  • We booked this wonderful vacation rental to meet some other family members. It was a beautiful spot where we were able to really enjoy our time together and also have privacy of our own. The amenities and the location were really second to none. What an experience to fall asleep to the sound of the waves and look out to the entertainment of surfers, wonderful bird sitings and even dolphins. We would not hesitate to recommend this property. We enjoyed the park setting for the kids at nearby Moonlight beach. We loved the back and front decks. The porch swing and fireplace were an added bonus. It was wonderful to have the large dining table for meals together as well as the seperate kitchen table for more casual eating. We look forward to the chance to stay here again!

  • This home was the perfect getaway for our family. It was decorated beautifully yet very kid friendly and comfortable. The location was unbeatable! We enjoyed the direct beach access and the neighboring pool and jacuzzi. The home has unobstructed views of the ocean from almost every room and a beautiful patio to enjoy watching sunsets. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend this home and know you won't be disappointed!

  • Our stay in this Encinitas home was exquisite. The modern, plush decor was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The gourmet kitchen was FULLY stocked and a treat to cook in. As compared to other high end homes we have rented, only this one had luxurious sheets, plush towels, plenty of paper supplies, and laundry supplies. The beach access was definitely key for our family of 5. How nice to be able to walk right down to the quiet, clean beach. Kids loved the hot tub and pool. The back patio and fire pit were wonderful as well. Other residents were quiet and respectful. I cannot think of a single thing that we did not absolutely love. In fact, we are coming back to the same home next year. Thank you!!

  • I cannot begin to explain what a wonderful time our family had staying at this location. It was the first time we stayed somewhere other than a hotel. This house was much more than we ever expected. We felt like celebrities or some type of royalty. The house is in amazing condition, decorated like something you would see in a magazine, the appliances and kitchen supplies are fantastic, and the televisions and internet were also wonderful. The view is simply awesome. Everyone should be able to stay in a place like this at sometime in their lives. We stayed 7 nights and it was painful leaving. The pictures only show a very small portion of the many other wonders of this house. Feel free to contact me and I'll be glad to speak with you. This place is truely amazing. Chirs is also wonderful to deal with!
