This rustic, charming hideaway is set in a lush, native tropical rain forest among tree ferns, ginger, purple princess flowers and tall sugi pines.
This log cabin is one of the first homes built in this historic area, yet it is fully equipped with modern conveniences and offers a full kitchen and bath, television, cable, VCR, cassette player and telephone. The double winding staircase leads to sleeping space for four, on a king and double bed. Two additional guests can sleep downstairs by the fire on the two sofas. Years ago, cowboys drove cattle through here and used the cabin as their rest stop. Rumor has it that this may have also been a speakeasy during prohibition. Warm yourself by the wood stove and let your mind wonder at the tales the log walls could tell. Cozy and comfortable, a stay at the log cabin at Hale Ohia is an experience never to be forgotten.

There is a two night minimum stay.
Jan-Dec .. $125/night for 1-2 guests, $150/night for 3-4 guests, and $175/night
for 5-6 guests, plus the 12.95% Hawaii State tax.
