Welcome to our magical home on Vashon Island, the Nantucket of the west coast. A 15 minute ferry ride from either Seattle or Tacoma makes Vashon Island one of the most accessible yet rural spots located in the heart of Puget Sound. Quietly nestled on the Burton Penninsula, this luxurious waterfront Panabode log home, is a 20 minute drive from either ferry dock. Located adjacent to Burton Acres & Jensen Point Park, with 68 acres of walking trails in safe, serene beauty. Beachcombing, picnicking, biking, swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing & public boat launch are right at your fingertips.

On nearly an acre of land enjoy our private dock with mooring bouy.
Inside, every room is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Sleeps 10. Recently remodeled with updates such as, Viking Dual fuel range, warming oven, Bosch diswasher, microwave, front load washer & dryer and new bathroom fixtures, including Jacuzzi soaking tub. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. If you don't want to cook on your vacation, you can also enjoy the many fine resturants nearby. Relax downstairs with the big screen cable TV & surround sound, on the large sectional. Play air hockey, pool and ping pong. Cozy up with a good book next to one of the two gas fireplaces. Barbeque on the patio, or lounge on the comfy lounge chairs and just be mesmerized by the tide working its's way in or out. Set up your easel and paint your inspiration!

While in the area, you'll want to spend time antiquing, shopping, gallery walks (first Fridays), take in live theatre, or enjoy sophisticated bird watching. From our location, you can take many wonderful day trips. There are several seasonal festivals and Saturday Market (which runs April-September). Inquire for family reunions, weddings or corporate events. We look forward in sharing our paradise with you. No smoking please.
