Guest bedroom includes a daybed that converts to two twin beds. Second bath - accessible from the hallway - has a shower/tub combination. Family room sleeper pulls out into a queen-size bed making a delightful getaway a comfortable accommodation for six people.
Spacious kitchen with skylights is completely stocked with all cooking utensils. Center island features Jenn-Air grill/range oven and hideaway table. Huge 21 cubic foot refrigerator and separate 21 cubic foot freezer stock all your cold food and drinks. Spacious pantries store all your items with ease. Microwave and dishwasher make for fast snacks and easy clean up. Rinse off the day's fun at the outside hot and cold shower and wash your clothes in the full-size stackable washer/dryer. Just be sure to bring your own linens and towels.
After a day at the beach, relax on a 400 square foot deck canopied by an 80 year old oak tree or watch TV on one of two TVs... in the family room and the master bedroom. Ceiling fans through the house and Central Heating and Air Conditioning ensure you will sleep comfortably after a long day at the beach. The rules are No Smoking and No Pets.
