I can't say enough about the amazing property! My wife and I travelled with my sister and her husband and couldn't believe the accomodations. We enjoyed having a concierge in the tower who gave us great advice on where to eat and what to do. Every staff memeber at Shangri La was beyond helpful. I would put the accomodations and service of the staff along the lines of a Ritz-Carlton. Being that it is a private condo we didn't know what to expect but felt as though we were staying at a resort. We also enjoyed the full kitchen and had fun going to the store and planning out a few dinners. This place really is the best kept secret!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just got back having stayed at this amazing condo from 2/19-2/26, 2011. All I can say is that sometimes, pictures look better than reality. But in this case, the picture don't even do this beautiful condo justice. From the moment the elevator doors opened right into the condo, we were speechless. We have stayed several times nextdoor at the Marriott and this trip was so much better in every way. The condo is very large, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and immaculate. The grounds at Shangri-La are beautiful and the staff there are constantly working to keep it that way. We spent almost all of our time at the beautiful pool which was very quiet, the way we like it, without all the crazies like at the Marriott next door. The food and drinks at the pool side restaurnand were good and 1/2 the price of hotel prices. It was the most relaxing vacation ever. Tracy was great to deal with and went out of her way to make sure everything was good and, had a great restaurant suggestion to boot (don't miss Ah Caramba!). Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We loved every minute there.

Idyllic is the best description! We walked out of the private (!) elevator and all of us were awed as our jaws dropped open! It truly is as beautiful as the pictures show. The grounds and the pool are dreamy. It is quiet, safe, and gorgeous! The concierge, security, and the bar staff were helpful and courteous. Taxis are plentiful and cheap. I can't recommend this rental enough!

I have been going to Puerto Vallarta for the past ten years. I will never stay in a hotel or resort again!!!! Your condo was absolutely perfect. It was impeccably clean, decorated perfectly and had all the ammenities of home. We could not have asked for more, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The view from the lanai was beautiful and the entire experience was OUTSTANDING!! Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us, we will FOR SURE be back. Thank you sooo much for letting us use your wonderful condo in PV. It was so clean and comfortable we really never wanted to leave the property! The weather was perfect most of the time we didnt even need the airconditioning. I love being able to sleep with the doors open it is so refreshing!

We loved being here! It is so relaxing! We spent most of our time on the balcony and by the pool. We loved walking to the marina for dinner and coming back to the condo to watch a movie. Our favorite restaurant was "Porat Bella"! Truly great food for anywhere not just here. Everyone ordered something different and all the dishes were fabulous! We are a family of 5 with 3 grown teenagers and the condo fit us perfectly. This was a perfect vacation! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! We created some wonderful memories. Your condo is fabulous! Very clean, modern, and well maintained...it had everything we needed. The Shangri-La property is absolutely gorgeous. It was the perfect getaway for our family of five. Thank you so much for the opportunity to rent from you. We hope to return again soon!
