We found this property to be very comfortable. It fit our budget and we enjoyed our time riding bikes, going to the beach and eating as some of the great resturants in the area. Can't wait to go back.

Not what we'd hoped for our first family vacation...

When we arrived at the property, we were struck by just how kid unfriendly the place was. The listing photos depicted a clean, kid friendly place and that was a far cry from what we found when we arrived. The carpet was extremely dirty, with furniture strategically placed to cover huge stains, and was bubbled up in several of the rooms and the bathrooms were not as clean as I prefer in a place I am staying. The doors to the pantry were broken and had to be maneuvered to close them. The closet in the master bedroom was not easily available to use because extra dining chairs were stored in there which made hanging clothes impossible. The coffee table was glass, metal, and wood (which my daughter broke her nose on soon after we got there after tripping on the couch), and two of the four dining room chairs were rickety and wobbly which made sitting in them difficult. All of this could have been overlooked if not for the extreme noise coming from the tenants above. The walls and ceiling were extremely thin, which caused sleeping to be difficult when other guests were being loud (as in up until 2-3 o'clock in the morning). Thankfully, we called the property manager and were moved to a location in Destin, which was much quieter. We returned to Seagrove each day to go to the beach because we loved the area, which was an extra drive for us that was unplanned when we reserved this room. We plan to make the Seagrove area a yearly vacation spot, but will refrain from renting in this location (or any other location held by this owner) again. There is a reason this is the lowest priced unit at Seagrove Highlands. We definitely got what we paid for in this instance.

The walls are so thin you here people's conversations and everytime they walk around. Not at all a good place to bring kids.

Its are first time here and we will not return. Real dirty floors, broken chairs and the walls are real thin so you here people walking above you, as if there jumping up and down.
