With a brand new deck and a classy remodeled interior, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is relaxing and has all the ammenties you expect in a quality vacation rental. The property has 80 feet of private waterfront on a clean lake within Seattle city limits (Bitter Lake, near 130th and Greenwood Ave).

In this cozy gettaway it is hard to believe you are only 9 miles from downtown Seattle. Travel into the city is on a direct route along Highway 99. There is no need to board a ferry or battle Seattle floating bridge traffic. The house is located on Bitter Lake, which is within Seattle city limits.

This is a very kid and baby friendly home, we have: high chair, portable crib, baby gates, toys, and outlet covers.

Numerous tall trees surround the house. The scent of evergreens permeates the air. Take the canoe into the lake and relax or do some fishing. Walk two minutes to the large park and use the playground or free tennis courts. Walk a little more to get fresh coffee or groceries.
