This beautifully remodeled historic home in downtown Breckenridge is perfectly located just two blocks from the free ski shuttle stop and four blocks from all the wonderful stores, restaurants and art galleries on Main Street. With three bedrooms that sleep up to ten comfortably, this home is perfect for a large family looking for the quiet of a residential neighborhood while providing the accessibility to walk to most points of interest.
The long walkway to this home leads to a private deck with gas grill. When entering the home, you are welcomed into a magnificently decorated living room with attached kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Modern furnishings meet historic design with a separate dining room and the ¾ guest bathroom on the main level. Off the living room is a back patio with private hot tub and plenty of peace and quiet.
On the upper level are two elegantly decorated bedrooms with Queen beds. Just down the hall is the third bedroom that is furnished with two Twin-over-Full bunk beds. In between the rooms are two separate full bathrooms.
This home is perfect for a family with young children or a group of friends looking to enjoy all the excitement that Breckenridge has to offer.

My wife and I stayed here with our small dog and had an absolute blast. The house is top notch. Bedrooms are comfortable and the open kitchen and living room were very easy to use and a great place to relax at night. Speaking of relaxing, the hot-tub was a life saver after long days of hiking. It was easy to walk to everything in Breckenridge and with a dog park just 3 blocks away it was hard to get our pup in the car when we finally had to leave to head home. Just about everything in this house is high-end new with a renovated bathrooms and kitchen, heated floors and front-load washer and dryer. Whether you're there for a couple days or months, it is all in all a very nice place to stay.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Me and my family came to Breckenridge for a conference and instead of staying at a hotel, we rented this wonderful house that is located a few blocks from Main Street! Every morning we'd get up, walk our dog around the beautiful neighborhood, then get ready and hit the slopes! After a long day of skiing, we'd come back to the house and relax in the hot tub! When we weren't skiing, we'd either sit outside and bbq or walk to Main Street to enjoy the sights! To anyone that is coming to Breckenridge, I'd highly recommend a stay in this vacation home! The description of the home, its location and photos of the property were accurate and the property owners were AMAZING to work with!! If we ever had a question, they were there for us and were available if we needed anything! During our stay in Breckenridge, we had the best time and we'd stay in this home again!!
