We are located at the beginning of Frangista Beach, this unit is a brand new third floor Condo with a view of the Gulf. Four million dollar homes surround you on the beach and next door making the neighborhood even more exclusive.
We have views to the west. Our Condo is in a small complex for less crowds and plenty of parking. Frangista Beach is a beautiful planned community with immaculate landscaping. As Destin's latest development, it is truly beautiful and one of the best Destin has to offer.
At less than 50 steps to the beach, you are as close to the beach as possible without paying "on the beach prices." Private beach is never crowded like the big resorts because Emerald Waters is only 36 units. Additionally, the Condo has all the upgrades including granite counters and jetted tubs, and is professionally decorated. This is the only unit in the building with bamboo flooring throughout.
Two bedrooms each have private bathrooms. Plus, the sofa is a queen sleeper. TV/DVD in every room with High Definition TV in Master Bedroom and Living Room with state of the art flat screen TV's.
We are located approximately two miles from Silver Sands Outlet Mall on Old 98, walking distance to eat at Pampano Joe's, Whale's Tail, Theo's Pizza Pub, ice cream parlor, and much more.
There are also more than 10 championship golf courses within seven miles.
