It is a paved bike, jogging, roller blading trial that has rest areas and runs from Palmer Ranch to Venice. Siesta Keys beaches are 10 minutes and Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is five blocks down the street. The kitchen has all new appliances with new granite counter tops in kitchen and all baths. Located on a lake the 2600 square feet of open-plan living space provides for spacious rooms. POOL has lanai situated on lake with wild life present. (American Eagles, Turtles.
