800 Bayway is a newly renovated and redecorated ground floor Two Bedroom, Two Full Bath condominium on Clearwater Beach overlooking a harbor, at the south end of Clearwater Beach.
This rental places you in a prime location directly across street from white sand beaches, and a short walk from a wide variety of restaurants and beach bars including the locally renowned "Frenchy's" restaurant. Positioned next to the Clearwater Yacht club, you can enjoy the ocean breeze while sitting on the back patio as sailboats cruise by and birds fly overhead.
Rental slips may be available through Clearwater Yacht Club... No guarantees are made by unit rental. The unit is child friendly, with a putt-putt golf course nearby and plenty of childrens' activities at hand. Sand Key Park and Sand Key Beach are located 5 minutes to the south offering picnic areas, bird watching, secluded beach and fishing.
The kitchen faces the water and is fully furnished including new appliances. Likewise, the tastefully decorated living room includes a TV with DVD/CD player and is also directly on the water. The condo is equipped with WiFi access for your laptop computer.
The master bedroom sleeps two in a luxurious Queen bed, faces the pool/patio, and has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The guest bedroom has two single beds with a private bath. Reserved parking is included with the rental.
This condominium has all the necessities to enjoy a weekend or an extended stay at the beach: all cooking and dining utensils, wine glasses, blender for frozen beverages, childrens beach toys, beach chairs and even beach towels for laying in the sand.
