This condo is an "end unit" with a spacious wrap around balcony overlooking both the beautiful beach and lagoon pool. You'll have phenomenal views of all the beach and pool activities! The master bed room directly over looks the beach with incredible views too. The living room has breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and lagoon pool (there's even a telescope for you to explore with). You won't have to use or wait for an elevator as the condo is located right next to the steps that will lead you to the sandy beach and tropical pool.
This 2 Bedroom "corner" condo with 2.5 bath is located on the 4th floor. It also has a separate bunk room with its own bathroom. The unit is luxuriously furnished including ceiling fans, decorator furnishings, granite counter tops in a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, range-oven, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker, washer/dryer, tile floors, carpeted bedrooms and 9-foot ceilings. The living room has a LCD flat Screen TV with DVD and a surround sound stereo system. LCD TV's with DVD's will also be in each bedroom. We also provide hair dryers in each bathroom, many types of board games for the kids, a card table with chairs, three cordless phones and other extras. The unit will sleep 6 with a premium queen-sized bed (Simmons Beautyrest, Pillow Top) in the master bedroom, a premium king-sized bed (Simmons Beautyrest, Pillow Top) in the second bedroom, twin bunk beds in the bunk room. All sheets are 600 thread count. The condo has reserved covered parking as well as complimentary valet (seasonal) parking. Ample additional unassigned parking is available in the covered parking deck on a first come first served basis. The condo will be non-smoking and pet free.

We could not believe we were in Panama City. This was a beautiful condo, an incredible pool, and really great views. This condo is perfectly situated next to the stairs for easy access to the pool and beach. The view from the balcony is really great. The condo itself is very nicely done and very comfortable with great ammenities. We especially enjoyed having Pineapple Willy's right next door too. It was a great location for the Florida Ironman. We would highly recommend this unit!! Larry Oram was also great to work with and concerned that we had a nice stay.

“The Shores at Panama” The surf softly rolls against the sand and ever so gently pulls back. The sand remains wet for a moment. This combination of surf and sand can only be described as serenity. For some the force that draws them closer is the color of the Gulf. For others color knows no boundary and becomes the architecture that occasionally dots the horizon. Thank you for providing a cozy bed and a hot shower which allowed us to participate and revel in October at the beach. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations. We will definitely stay at this Condo again and again.

This was our second stay in Larry's condo and once again it surpassed every other place we have stayed! The property is very well maintained. The beds are super comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. The view from the balcony is undescribable at sunset! There are food and drinks right at your doorstep. There was also a band that entertained us poolside on Saturday night. We had everything we could wish for right there! We had the most fun, relaxing, and enjoyable trip imaginable! We will definitely be back! I almost hate to tell anyone about how great it is...I kind of wish I could keep it a secret! LOL!

Just spent 4 relaxing days at the condo. The view is awsome. Relaxed to the sound of the surf out on the balcony. The pool is refreshing, just what we needed. The condo was clean, plenty of towels. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend this unit to all my friends and family.

We recently stayed in this unit and had a wonderful time. I was skeptical about booking our first VRBO stay but found it to be a nice experience. Larry was very helpful and easy to work with. This condo unit, pool area and location has to be one of the best in the Panama City Beach area. We are looking forward to our next stay in this unit and will be suggesting it to our family and friends.

Our stay in this condo at the Shores of Panama was great. The rooms in the condo were just as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped with blender and everything you need. The location of the condo was ideal!!! The stairs were very convenient to use, led straight to the pool then beach. The wrap around balcony views the pool and beach (which was very important to us). The Shore of Panama was in a great location, scooters/restaurants/activities right at your finger tips. The condo was nice and Larry was great to work with. Our stay was enjoyable!
