This condo is an "end unit" with a spacious wrap around balcony overlooking both the beautiful beach and lagoon pool. You'll have phenomenal views of all the beach and pool activities! The master bed room directly over looks the beach with incredible views too. The living room has breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and lagoon pool (there's even a telescope for you to explore with). You won't have to use or wait for an elevator as the condo is located right next to the steps that will lead you to the sandy beach and tropical pool.

This 2 Bedroom "corner" condo with 2.5 bath is located on the 4th floor. It also has a separate bunk room with its own bathroom. The unit is luxuriously furnished including ceiling fans, decorator furnishings, granite counter tops in a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, range-oven, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker, washer/dryer, tile floors, carpeted bedrooms and 9-foot ceilings. The living room has a LCD flat Screen TV with DVD and a surround sound stereo system. LCD TV's with DVD's will also be in each bedroom. We also provide hair dryers in each bathroom, many types of board games for the kids, a card table with chairs, three cordless phones and other extras. The unit will sleep 6 with a premium queen-sized bed (Simmons Beautyrest, Pillow Top) in the master bedroom, a premium king-sized bed (Simmons Beautyrest, Pillow Top) in the second bedroom, twin bunk beds in the bunk room. All sheets are 600 thread count. The condo has covered parking as well as complimentary valet (seasonal). Ample additional unassigned parking is available in the covered parking deck on a first come first served basis. The condo will be non-smoking and pet free.

  • We come to PC Beach usually twice a year, and this condo was by far the nicest and cleanest we have stayed at. The condo is in a perfect location of the building with a great beach view, not too high & not too low. It also has a great pool view with the wrap around balcony. Larry was great to work with he made sure everything was okay when I arrived. The condo had alot of extras such as beach chairs and board games to play. The kids really enjoyed them. Too bad this condo is already rented for the dates I am coming back, of I would have definatley came back to this one. The lagoon pool is awesome! You will not be disappointed if you pick this condo!

  • As a repeat renter, we just wanted to say that our second stay at unit 403 was even better than the first. This condo makes you instantly feel right at home and it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is such a gorgeous view of the ocean and the pool. You do not have to carry a key, as there is a keypad on the door....so nice! There is a guitar for the musically inclined and a telescope, binoculars, an extra chair to bring to the pool area. You can order breakfast from the hut and eat right at a table by the pool area. So pleasant! It is a few steps from pineapple willys and pompanos. We wish we were still there! It is a very nicely decorated and handy condo on the 4th floor right by the steps! Larry is very easy to work with and wants everything to be perfect for your trip. We highly recommend this condo.   • Thanks for the wonderful place to stay on our Thanksgiving get-a-way. We arrived late at night but awoke to beautiful views of the beach. It was wonderful to sit in the living room and look out over the ocean. We even got to see dolphins off of the shore. The colors of the water is breathtaking. The condo was beautifully decorated and relaxing. It was conviently located to many restruants (if we didn't want to cook)and many things to do even in the off season. Thanks again.

  • This was our second time to visit this area and condo due to we loved it so much the first time. Mr.Orman is great to deal with he is very concerned that your stay is a great one. The view you have from this condo is the most beautiful view you could ever want to see. Doesn't matter where you are in the living room all you see is ocean!! We have a child that is handicapped and in a wheelchair this place is perfect everything is easy to get to and there are some beach shops that are within walking distance. We can't say enough great things about this place and we will stay here on our next trip to Panama City.

  • We have just returned home from a great vacation at your condo unit #403. There are so many great things about this condo, it is hard to list them all. The decor was fabulous and the keyless entry, location, gorgeous views from the balcony and living room are just a few amenities we enjoyed. Larry, the owner, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We plan to return again soon and hopefully it will be available. This is one vacation that was very pleasant and enjoyable.

  • My family and I stayed for a week at this spacious, comfortable, condo unit, and we were quite impressed. All the amenities a person/family would need, the owners provided. The unit was very clean and superbly decorated to suit all tastes. The views from the windows and balcony are unbelievable; we even watched a dolphin leaping in the Gulf from our balcony. The owner, Larry Oram, was a pleasure to deal with; very nice, accommodating, and thorough. My daughter forgot her dresses hanging in the bedroom closet at the condo, and Larry called me to find out if they belonged to us and offered to mail them to our home in Wisconsin. I would recommend this owner and his beautiful condo to anyone considering a Gulf Coast vacation.
