We had a wonderful time staying at your condo for spring break! Everything was just as you had described. All of the helpful hints you gave us before coming really came in handy--everything from leaving the rock in the door to keep it open to how to successfully drive around in the parking garage. only wish everyone else would have gotten that memo! some of the drivers were not exactly courteous. anyway .......overall, it was a wonderful vacation. The views were amazing even though it did rain and storm several days we were there. Your place was decorated so nicely. wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing your home. Hope to be back one day.

As we walked in the door we knew right away this was the one. It was Beautiful, comfortable and super duper clean!!! We took our Senior girls there, many of the other parents stayed at the Shores but ours was the Best of all. The view was Absolutely Amazing. The decor is very big anytime I visit anywhere and you can tell they take pride in decorating the condo. The beds are Amazing, so comfortable. I have back issues so that was a plus. And the best thing of all was being on the 4th floor. The elevators get a little busy that time of year. So hey we were able to walk up and down to our room (only for the one's who wanted to) and come out right by the pool which is right by the beach. All I can say again is Larry and Karen was wonderful to work and think I've found the condo for me 3 times a year. WE ALL ENJOYED !!! Thank you again. Will Return,

Our stay at the condo was enjoyable, but too short, maybe 2 months next time. Loved watching the dolphins & pelicans from the wrap around lanai while catching some sun rays. Also enjoyed having my morning coffee & seeing people walking the beach. We couldn't ask for a nicer condo. Very Clean!

“The Shores at Panama” The surf softly rolls against the sand and ever so gently pulls back. The sand remains wet for a moment. This combination of surf and sand can only be described as serenity. For some the force that draws them closer is the color of the Gulf. For others color knows no boundary and becomes the architecture that occasionally dots the horizon. Thank you for providing a cozy bed and a hot shower which allowed us to participate and revel in October at the beach. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations. We will definitely stay at this Condo again and again.

Wonderful October Trip

This was our second stay in Larry's condo and once again it surpassed every other place we have stayed! The property is very well maintained. The beds are super comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. The view from the balcony is undescribable at sunset! There are food and drinks right at your doorstep. There was also a band that entertained us poolside on Saturday night. We had everything we could wish for right there! We had the most fun, relaxing, and enjoyable trip imaginable! We will definitely be back! I almost hate to tell anyone about how great it is...I kind of wish I could keep it a secret! LOL!

Just spent 4 relaxing days at the condo. The view is awsome. Relaxed to the sound of the surf out on the balcony. The pool is refreshing, just what we needed. The condo was clean, plenty of towels. We recently stayed in this unit and had a wonderful time. I was skeptical about booking our first VRBO stay but found it to be a nice experience. Larry was very helpful and easy to work with. This condo unit, pool area and location has to be one of the best in the Panama City Beach area. We are looking forward to our next stay in this unit and will be suggesting it to our family and friends.

Our stay in this condo at the Shores of Panama was great. The rooms in the condo were just as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped with blender and everything you need. The location of the condo was ideal!!! The stairs were very convenient to use, led straight to the pool then beach. The wrap around balcony views the pool and beach (which was very important to us). The Shore of Panama was in a great location, scooters/restaurants/activities right at your finger tips. The condo was nice and Larry was great to work with. Our stay was enjoyable!

We loved the condo but the T.V in the bedroom was a little smaller than the other condos.I bought the coffee maker it was only ten dollars so dont worry about reimbursement.Thanks for your hospitality we really had a great time,just to short.

I would say this was the cleanest unit I've ever been in and trust me I've been in some of the nicest resorts in PCB and the units were in terrible shape. The views were spectacular and just the right height. We could see the pool area as well as all the beach. The unit layout was great too. I highly recommend your condo to anyone and I'm telling everyone about how nice it was and giving them the info to contact you if they are heading to PCB.. Thank you for having such a nice unit, O' one other thing it was nice to have trash bags and dishwasher powder, we have always had to go buy this stuff.

I stayed a week in this lovely condo. The view is, as shown in the pictures spectacular. The condo itself is extraordinarily well taken care of. Having stayed in PCB condos before I know that internet and cell service can be spotty. With this condo the internet is provided by the owners and is excellent. I also found that cell service is always good enough for text, and in the front part usually good enough for calls as well. The condo itself is close to spotless and very well maintained and appointed. Note that although in the picture the furniture looks white, it's a light beige and is very user friendly. I was afraid I'd have to watch every little move, but the condo is very comfortable. I loved having the stairs to the pool and beach be right outside my door. It made for very easy access. Access to the parking garage is also easy if you take the correct garage exit. All in all, it's a very beautiful, well maintained, well stocked, easy to live in condo that is very well located. I recommend it.

Wow! I have had owners brag on their condos before; however, they have never lived up to the standards that the bragging brought to mind. This condo met the standards and more! When I walked in, I immediately knew that I had arrived in a place that I would be returning to again! The first thing my husband and friends noticed was the wrap-around window and the view! The next thing we did was check out the bedrooms. The furniture was top-notch...the mattresses comfortable pillowtop. There were three bathrooms...two with showers. Two couples could not have been more comfortable. Not only is the condo awesome...the location is awesome. Pineapple Willy's is right nextdoor. You can walk to it from the beach. There are other places to eat across the street as well as Walmart. The condo itself is right next to the stairs, so we just zipped on down to the beach by the way of the pool. It takes all of 5 minutes to get there! The pool is something out of your fantasy! Curving around palm trees, it is shaded in the greater part of the day. Back to the condo at night, we watched some beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Larry has games in the closet, jazz CD's, a few DVD's, and we found dishwashing detergent as well as other cleaning supplies that we needed. He called to check on us after we arrived and I felt that if I needed him for anything all I had to do was call. He was more than helpful with tips and hints of things to do and places to go before we arrived. All in all, I would say that I am probably crazy for telling anyone else about this condo! I should keep the secret to myself!!! LOL!!

This is our second stay in the unit and it will not be our last. Condo is centrally located to everything, but that is only a minor advantage compared to everything else. Shores is a beautiful complex with the best amenities on the coast. This unit has a two sided balcony with beautiful views of the beach and also the pool area. It just doesn't get any better than this!

We had a wonderful time at our stay here. The condo is very well appointed and the views are second to none. Our children had the best time playing in the enormous lagoon pool and especially loved the beach-like entry section of the pool. This condo if amazing! Larry you have thought of everything to make this the perfect home away from home. The view was spectacular, really enjoyed the telescope and binoculars to watch the dolphin early in the morning. Having the stairs right next door was perfect, at the pool or beach in no time. Kids loved the "kids club", activities each day at the pool. Mike and I enjoyed the Tiki bar - great frozen drinks to cool you off after a day on the beach. Couldn't have asked for more, look forward to visiting Panama City again.

Wow! We had orginally reserved thru The Shores Of Panama, but we were scared the oil would come early, so we decided to move up our date. The Shores were booked, so I went thru VRBO and was able to take advantage of a last minute availabilty on Larrys Condo. To say we were impressed is an understatement! It was perfect, from the wrap around view, the incrediable beds, proximity to the beach and pool, and the little extras that were included in our condo. We have searched and stayed at many condos in PCB, and have never EVER reserved our spot for the following year as we did this year as we were leaving to go home! We liked it that much! Larrys attention to detail may seem overwhelming when you fisrt recieve his detailed Email, but trust me it is well worth it! He is very informative, from how the lights work, to the best places to go and eat! Its important to have an owner take so much pride in his "2nd Home" as you will feel it is your home away from home! I give this resort and this owner 5 Stars, and 2 thumbs up!

Our Weddingmoon/Honeymoon at the Shores of Panama

WE TIED THE KNOT AT THE SHORES OF PANAMA!!! What a great please to have a beach wedding at! Not to mention, Larry's Condo was the most amazing condo ever! Great views!! Extremely comfy furniture!! A closet full of games!! The condo was extremely clean (So clean, I ran straight into one of the sliding doors because I thought it was open!!! so embarrassing!), and the photos were the exact same as when we were there. Larry was great in making sure we were taken care of too! I would recommend this condo to anyone, but preferably not June 12th... we may rent it out for our anniversary every year!!!!!!!! :) While we were in pcb, we went deep sea fishing, and my fave- the waverunner tours- we had dolphins swimming right next to us and underneath us at shell island. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen!! If you want great oysters, go to Dusty's. They are the biggest and saltiest!! mmm And if you want the best ocean breeze, hang out at Harpoon Harry's beach club. Not only did they have the best wings, but they sat our pitcher of beer in a pitcher of ice!! That's the coolest thing I've ever seen. Haha, but it worked! I could go on forever about how wonderful Larry's condo was, but you get the picture! I highly recommend this place, and can't wait to get back there agin. It seems like a dream! That condo now has such a special place in our hearts. We were married on the beach right below it at 9pm on June 12th, and everyone on our side of the condo sat on their balconies and cheered us on. Brings a tear to my eye just thinking of it!!!! Thanks Larry for everything! The Newly Weds

This is the best condo we have ever stayed in. The beds are super comfortable and the views to die for. It was so close to the pool and beach, stairs right beside room. We absolutely love this condo, it is beautiful. The interior is decorated beautifully with all the amenities of home. Our favorite was this unit is located on the 4th floor right next to the stairs leading to the pool and beach, which saves so much time and energy when carring beach toys, chairs, and coolers. The Shores is wonderful, daily activities for the kids with the best pool in Panama. Larry was great to work with, very helpful and give us many helpful tips that really comes in handy. THE CONDO WAS EVERYTHING THAT WE HAD HOPED FOR AND MORE. THE KIDS LOVED THE WRAP AROUND DECK AND THE POOL WAS GREAT (EASY ACCESS). We come to PC Beach usually twice a year, and this condo was by far the nicest and cleanest we have stayed at. The condo is in a perfect location of the building with a great beach view, not too high & not too low. It also has a great pool view with the wrap around balcony. Larry was great to work with he made sure everything was okay when I arrived. The condo had alot of extras such as beach chairs and board games to play. The kids really enjoyed them. Too bad this condo is already rented for the dates I am coming back, of I would have definatley came back to this one. The lagoon pool is awesome! You will not be disappointed if you pick this condo!

As a repeat renter, we just wanted to say that our second stay at unit 403 was even better than the first. This condo makes you instantly feel right at home and it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is such a gorgeous view of the ocean and the pool. You do not have to carry a key, as there is a keypad on the door....so nice! There is a guitar for the musically inclined and a telescope, binoculars, an extra chair to bring to the pool area. You can order breakfast from the hut and eat right at a table by the pool area. So pleasant! It is a few steps from pineapple willys and pompanos. We wish we were still there! It is a very nicely decorated and handy condo on the 4th floor right by the steps! Larry is very easy to work with and wants everything to be perfect for your trip. We highly recommend this condo. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay on our Thanksgiving get-a-way. We arrived late at night but awoke to beautiful views of the beach. It was wonderful to sit in the living room and look out over the ocean. We even got to see dolphins off of the shore. The colors of the water is breathtaking. The condo was beautifully decorated and relaxing. It was conviently located to many restruants (if we didn't want to cook)and many things to do even in the off season. Thanks again.

This was our second time to visit this area and condo due to we loved it so much the first time. Mr.Orman is great to deal with he is very concerned that your stay is a great one. The view you have from this condo is the most beautiful view you could ever want to see. Doesn't matter where you are in the living room all you see is ocean!! We have a child that is handicapped and in a wheelchair this place is perfect everything is easy to get to and there are some beach shops that are within walking distance. We can't say enough great things about this place and we will stay here on our next trip to Panama City.

We have just returned home from a great vacation at your condo unit #403. There are so many great things about this condo, it is hard to list them all. The decor was fabulous and the keyless entry, location, gorgeous views from the balcony and living room are just a few amenities we enjoyed. Larry, the owner, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We plan to return again soon and hopefully it will be available. This is one vacation that was very pleasant and enjoyable.

The unit was very clean and superbly decorated to suit all tastes. The views from the windows and balcony are unbelievable; we even watched a dolphin leaping in the Gulf from our balcony. The owner, Larry Oram, was a pleasure to deal with; very nice, accommodating, and thorough. My daughter forgot her dresses hanging in the bedroom closet at the condo, and Larry called me to find out if they belonged to us and offered to mail them to our home in Wisconsin. I would recommend this owner and his beautiful condo to anyone considering a Gulf Coast vacation.

We at a great time at the Shores of Panama in Unit 403! The views of the gulf from the condo were breath-taking and the pool looked like something from the tropics. The kids enjoyed the DVD rentals along with the pool and the beach and were always entertained. The owner, Larry, was very accomodating and called to check on us when we arrived. The beds were so comfortable and plush, I didn't want to leave. We will definitely return to this unit on our next visit to Panama City Beach!

Larry's condo is BEAUTIFUL! The views are by far the best at the shores. Everything we needed for our family of 6 was there, super convient to the stairs (so you do not need to worry about the elevators), and they are the most comfortiable beds I have ever slept on!! The keyless door lock is so great, the kids never had to bother losing their keys! We stayed for 1 week, and decided we needed one more day, and rented another place at the shores, and the other room does not compare! And the location of the shores is great (you never have to deal with the horrible traffic on Front Beach Road). Great views of the gulf and of the pool, we will definatly be back next year. Thank you again for allowing us to have a wonderful vacation!

Otis and I agreed that the condo was the best one we had ever stayed in. Not only was it decorated beautifully, it also had great views of the pool and the ocean. The sunsets were great. We heard absolutely no noise the entire time. We had a peaceful as well as restful trip. We also appreciated the fact that the owner called to make sure that we got in alright and also got home safely. What a good guy! Thanks for letting us share your condo for a few days. Larry, Your condo #403 is awesome. The ocean and pool view are nice. I like your Decor and we felt right at home. I love the pool, the water was a little cold in April. I cannot say enough about this GORGEOUS condo! My family and I felt like we were in our own private resort in Larry's condo. It is by far the quietest unit we have ever stayed in. Every detail is perfected with class and comfort in mind. The furnishings and decor are outstanding. It was by far the best view we have ever had on a beach vacation and at times while lying on the bed, you feel as though you are on a cruise ship with only the ocean as your view! The pool reminded us of a tropical resort. Larry is BY FAR the most accomodating and kindest owner we have EVER dealt with. He is only worried about your comfort and satisfaction. We just returned from the condo and wish we were still there. We have been to Panama City many times and this is the best condo on the beach. The condo is beautiful. It is decorated extemely well and the layout is great. The beds are so comfortable....even my children commented on the comfortable beds. The view from the condo is amazing. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch several sunsets. The pool is by far the best pool in Panama City. We loved the convenience of walking to Pinneapple Willy's to eat or have a drink and watch the sunset. Larry is wonderful and called to make sure everything was going okay while we were staying in the condo. Stay here. You'll love it!
