Only 200' from the sand and beach... and happenings at the fabulous POINT SEBAGO Golf & Beach Resort on pristine Sebago Lake, Maine. We can see the water from our property!
No need to drive ... you can just walk to most of the Resort's daily activities. Our cottage is SMOKE & PET FREE, and we take pride in keeping it well maintained and updated. Each year we try adding something new.

Just added a summer ago... a NEW expanded outside patio area (and fire pit)surrounded by natural rock walls ... a MUST SEE for your outdoor pleasures!
It's a bright and very clean cottage with lovely skylights, a berber carpet(cleaned often), open feeling, great eat-in kitchen filled w/modern appliances, additional dining rm/project area & lovely deck and a good size yard. We also have a small water/lily pond.
Our house is right on the corner of Purple Road. This private and quiet dead-end street makes it great for children to ride bikes, and meet and play with other families! We're just steps to the Beach Pavilion, where there is a wonderful restaurant and lounge for day & evening refreshments and entertainment.
It's a TRUE vacation for both kid and adult alike!
