We invite you and your family to visit and enjoy our home in the "low country", Hilton Head. Our newly remodeled Villa offers you the choice of either a laid back relaxing respite or a vacation filled with sun, sand, tennis, golf, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and of course, shopping!
Located just steps away, you have a choice of tanning and swimming in our FREE exclusive private pool or playing a few sets at our tennis courts adjacent to the pool. For the golfers, our Villa is located on the 12th hole of the Fazio Golf Course or you can enjoy any of the dozens of championship courses nearby.
For the beachcombers, the wide expansive beach is a 5 minute bike ride away where you can just soak up the sun, body surf or take a long leisurely walk especially at sunset. For the more adventuresome, canoeing and kayaking are close by or you can throw a line in one of our many lagoons near the Villa.
Our Villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps eight comfortably. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with walk-in closet and remodeled bath w/ a beautifully tiled shower, along with a flat screen cable television, DVD and VCR. The master bedroom opens out to the Trex deck where you can sit and see 3 golf holes, nature, and no neighbors. The second bedroom has two single beds, bunk bed, closet, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and adjacent full bath.
The living room has a vaulted ceiling and is equipped with TV and DVD along with a full sized sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to prepare your own "catch" with electric range and stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the dishes, cookware and utensils needed for your dining pleasure. To help keep you and the family clean, there is also a washer and dryer.
Across the street from our secure gated community is Shelter Cove which provides an array of fine dining and shopping galore. We can also give you some tips on great local eateries as well, just ask. We have been to this property twice and definitely plan to return. It's hard to describe the full scope of beauty and amenities available at Hilton Head. Add in friendly people and great weather and it's quite a destination. On our first visit, we found this unit centrally located and in good condition. Our return visit revealed a tasteful and comfortable re-decoration executed with excellent craftsmanship. The owners are flexible, pragmatic, and interested in delivering a quality vacation experience for their guests.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is a wonderful vacation condo! The location is perfect - it's right on the golf course, the beach is a short walk or bike ride away as are the mall and the grocery store and yet there is a feeling of privacy. The interior of the condo is warm and inviting and well equipped with all the amenities. There is plenty of room for guests with spacious bedrooms, 2 large baths, and a beautiful great room with an awesome view. The kitchen is very "user friendly" with all the necessary equipment as well as eating space and an enclosed laundry area. There is also a large dining area at one end of the great room where we enjoyed dinner and the view. All in all, it doesn't get any better than this. We highly recommend this condo!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

This villa was everything we expected ... and more. From our first contact with the owner, until the day we had to leave, we enjoyed every moment of our experience at this villa. The location is perfect -located on what we think is the nicest community within Palmetto Dunes, and the views are outstanding. It's close to everything, but by being an end unit it's so much better than interior villas we've rented before since it's very bright inside and you gain added privacy. The furnishings are modern and the layout is very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed our late afternoon/early evening cocktails on the back patio with the great view of the golf course, and when we entertained another family (with kids) there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids especially enjoyed the three flat screen TVs and, as a sports nut, I must admit that I did too. It's a short bike ride to the beach (we had our own, but rentals are available within the resort), and we enjoyed just riding among the tall oak trees with the hanging spanish moss. We had an amazing vacation (the weather cooperated too) and we will definitely be back! Thanks again for sharing your great villa with us, and we look forward to our return trip next year!

What a great villa.... it is beautiful. The remodel was definately worth the money as this is the best unit we have ever stayed in.... The location was fantastic. Right on the golf course and only a short bike ride to the beach. Thank you for opening up your home to us. We had a great vacation and will be back! Paul and Sally
