Falling Waters North Preserve is a peaceful gated community West of US 41 in the perfect North Naples location. Upon driving in, you will be greeted by waterfalls, lakes, and tropical foliage on beautifully landscaped grounds. Bonita Beach, Vanderbilt Beach & Delnor Wiggins State Park are all less than 10 minutes away. If golf is your passion there are over 70 courses in the area for you to play. Shopping and dining possibilities are endless and are only minutes from our condo.
This condo is a bright and clean 2nd floor unit with soaring ceilings featuring an oversized lanai looking out to the pond and waterfall, with a view of the pool sparkling beyond. The lanai faces west so you can enjoy lovely sunsets in the evenings. After sunset, BBQ a great steak or some fresh fish using the outdoor kitchen complete with built in grill, refrigerator and sink all on the Lanai.
The Master Suite features a king size bed with French doors opening to the lanai. The master bath is pure luxury, with dual sinks, a soaking tub with separate shower, and a walk in closet. The guest bedroom is located at the other end of the condo and has two twin beds that can be converted to a king. This split floor plan offers a good deal of privacy. The living room sofa is a Queen sized sleeper that allows our condo to sleep six comfortably.
Our kitchen features a glass top stove, oven, full size microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal. Off the kitchen is a breakfast area with table perfect for morning coffee or evening card games.
After a day at the beach settle in and relax in the living room by watching a DVD movie on the 42” High Definition flat screen TV. Or, relax in the chaise lounge on the lanai with a good book. Bring your laptop or PC so you can catch up online with friends and loved ones at home as we have a complimentary high-speed wireless internet connection! We also have an intercom system with CD changer so you can enjoy music in every room of the condo, even the Lanai.
Our condo is freshly painted and newly furnished. Come in and make yourself at home in our tropical paradise!

Despite the slightly disappointing weather, we found our recent stay at this condo genuinely memorable: the description of the condo in the VRBO listing was reliable and accurate, and while the photos were excellent in giving us very positive impressions of the property, we found the actual property itself outdid the photos. It therefore remains at the top of our shortlist for future visits to Florida. We found the property very clean, well maintained with thoughtful attention to detail, excellently equipped, and very comfortable indeed. Its peaceful setting and superb views from the spacious west-facing lanai add a special charm to the place. The owners were welcoming, very friendly and more than willing to respond promptly to any issues brought to their attention. There are many attractions within reasonable travelling distance of the condo, including several excellent beaches, Naples Philharmonic Hall with art gallery included, Sanibel Island, the Everglades, shopping facilities, an excellent range of eateries (Sushi Thai and the Tomato restaurant opposite the condo being among those we would suggest). We would be very confident in recommending this condo to family and friends.

We have enjoyed two vacations at this lovey condo and plan another visit in 2010. The unit is beautifully decorated and well appointed--from kitchen to lanai. Everything you might need to prepare a late night snack to a gourmet dinner for six guests is provided. We especially enjoyed the large lanai with its built-in grill. The unit is centrally located and convenient to the many shopping areas, restaurants and beaches in Naples. We were extremely satisfied and hope to have many return visits to this lovely condo.

We, again had a wonderful vacation here, enjoying this high class furnished unit in a peaceful,tranquil setting in north Naples. The expansive lanai with grill is an impressive feature. We look forward to planning our next stay sometime in 2010!

This is a lovely residence. Beautiflly outfitted from martini glasses and shaker to beach chairs. It's immaculate and decorated with style and great attention to detail. The master bedroom overlooks a small lake and fountain...very restful and inviting. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this condo without reservation.
