Stunning 5 bedroom, 6 bath 2nd row home in famous Sea Pines Plantation! Built in 2006, the elegance and craftsmanship of this home is impressive. This 2-story home features heart of pine floors, extensive woodworking, 10-12ft high ceilings throughout as well as Saturnia tiled bathrooms.
The top-of-the-line kitchen is located on the first level and features granite countertops, gas stove, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator and bread warmer. The gourmet kitchen opens up to the family room and dining room, which seats 8 people, to make one large great room and all three rooms overlook the pool and spa. The open first floor is ideal for groups and families to enjoy all this home has to offer.
One of the master bedrooms is located on the first level which includes a king size bed and overlooks the pool and spa. It has its own private bath with double sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a custom spa shower with multiple sprayers. There is also a full bath on the first floor just off the pool deck and beach path access so you can rinse off after a long day of sunbathing and swimming at the beach and pool. There is also a stack washer and dryer closet for laundering beach towels on the first level.
The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The second master is located upstairs and features a king size bed, a couch with a pull-out queen bed, and it's own private bath and access to the upstairs porch. The third bedroom is on the other end of the porch and has a king size bed and private bath as well. The fourth bedroom features two queen beds and a private bath with two sinks, a jacuzzi tub and shower. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom. There is a full laundry room on the second floor. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD and VHS in the family room and a TV in each bedroom. The home is also equipped with wireless internet service.
The fenced backyard is a great place to relax with its private pool, sunny patio and sounds of the gentle waterfall flowing from the spa into the pool. There is a private beach access from the back of the house and in less than two minutes you can enjoy the famous white sand beaches and waves of beautiful Hilton Head Island.

Note- this home has a local property manager who is on-call 24/7 if you have any questions or problems during your stay. The property manager also inspects the property prior to each arrival and after each departure to ensure your satisfaction. We loved this home! It was the perfect house for our Christmas family get together. There was plenty of room for our group of 14. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. The house is beautiful, well maintained and spacious. Despite being "2nd row" from the beach, because of the private trail to the beach, we felt like we were "beach front". The property managment company was wonderful and easy to work with. When we had one small problem with the interent, my call was returned, and the problem solved within minutes! I've already recommened it to friends, and we hope to stay there again soon! Great Hilton Head/Sea Pines house!!

Having rented large homes in Palmetto Dunes and Forest Beach for the past seven years, we have to say that 30 Ruddy Turnstone ranks at the top of our list. Three families enjoyed the modern amenities, a fantastic pool area and a private, short walk to the beach. Add in the peaceful, exclusive surroundings of Sea Pines and this home has it all. If you are looking for a spotless home where everything works as advertised, this is it. The icing on the cake was the tremendous customer service offered by the rental agency, Beachside Properties of Hilton Head. No need to research any longer for that perfect vacation rental – book this house and you will not be disappointed. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return.
