Looking for a great vacation destination at the beach? We have a beautiful pier home in Oceanside Village at Surfside Beach, a private gated community with 24 hour security. We have 4 fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, bocce court, large softball field, a playground for small children, and 2 pools--one indoor and one outdoor (both with kiddie pools). There is now a Fitness Center. There is a $25.00 charge per person per week. Open 5 AM until 10 PM each day.
Our home features two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The master bath was remodeled in 2007, and features a large walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and cable TV. 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The newly decorated living room has a queen sleeper sofa. It also features a 32" TV with DVD and VCR.
Our kitchen contains all the comforts of home with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, garbage disposal, dishwasher, etc. The washer and dryer are downstairs in the storage room.
We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and some sand toys for your convenience. There are also bicycles in the storage room. Please make sure there is sufficient air in the tires before riding.
We also have a golf cart available for rent for $100 per week. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD with a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart--NO EXCEPTIONS. Golf carts are also available for rent at the front office. There is a parking lot on the beach for OSV guests. Restrooms are located in the parking lot.
We ask that you provide your own linens and paper products. If you don't have king sheets, we have some you can use. We ask that you leave our home in the condition you found it since there is no maid service. We ask that you smoke on the porch or deck.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday. We allow dogs, and require a non-refundable pet deposit. ($50 PER DOG)
We require a $200 refundable security deposit. A $400 deposit is required for confirmation. The balance is due 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival. |
