This property is located one block off the beachfront. It is a four bedroom, two and a half bath which is located on a corner lot that allows for great views of the beach. The house has a centrally located living and dining area with all four bedrooms located directly off the living area.

The bedrooms that share sides are separated by a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. The front of the home has a large partially covered open deck with a gate to keep family members safe.

  • We had a wonderful time this past week at this house! It was July 4th week and we expected a tremendous amount of people on the beaches and roadways, but we were on the quiet side of Surfside. The house was spotless when we got there. The dishes, pots & pans, and cutlerly were top knotch (unusual for a beach house). The view of the beach is limited, but the breeze was cool and refreshing. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

  • Just spent the weekend at the Surf Shack. These were great accomodations for my group who loved being close to a uncrowded beach as well as spending the evenings hanging out on the deck soothed by a gentle coastal breeze. We are all ready to head back there already! The management company also quickly responded to any concerns we had which made the experience even more enjoyable! Also, this house was very well equipt for cooking all of our meals on site.

  • This house is great! I went with some friends and we were able to play at the beach with the boogie boards provided. Walking the Jetty at sunset was also nice. There is a grill on the deck and it is nice to grill and eat on the deck to enjoy the great beach view.
