Ideally located in the very centre of Paris, this furnished apartment in a 19th century building is just a few steps from the Bourse in the financial district where banks and insurance companies have their headquarters. And after work one can find on the Grands Boulevards (named de la Madeleine, des Capucines, des Italiens, Montmartre, Poissonniere, Bonne Nouvelle) and all facilities such as restaurants, cafes, cinemas, and theatres.

Antique dealers' shops surround the famous saleroom Drouot. Within ten minutes walk, the main department stores Galeries Lafayette and Au Printemps, and lot of other shops offer the top of fashion. A short walk from Opera Garnier leads to Place Vendome and its well-known jewellers. At the South end of rue du Sentier, the famous rue Montorgueil (where Queen Elisabeth went shopping on her last trip to Paris) offers all sort of food shops for gourmets, restaurants, cafes, and down to Saint-Eustache and the gardens of Forum des Halles under which lies a huge underground shopping centre.

The wide corridor links all rooms: at right hand the first bedroom with double-size bed, glass table and book-shelves has a private bathroom with wash-basin and shower-bath; the main bathroom, accessible from a dressing, has wash-basin and bath; the main bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, bedside tables, and a commode; the large living room with a dining corner, is overlooking the terrace on southern exposure; at left hand, the separate kitchen which opens on a small balcony, offers all equipment needed (four induction plates with a cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a boiler, a coffee maker, a toaster) and a small dining area; the terrace overlooks Paris' roofs on the southern exposure.
