This gated golf course community is just 20 minutes from the airport, nestled among swaying oaks and preservation areas and features casual living and southern costal living designs. Enjoy Florida living in this Brand New (2007) Single Family Detached home with approximately 2300 square feet of air conditioned privacy! This home provides a warm and inviting environment with bright, rich colors and all new furnishings. For the golfer, a small transfer fee is required for unlimited golf during your stay. You just pay for the cart when you play: there is no charge for greens fees. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinets and a granite counter top.
