Additionally this condo offers the convenience of a 12 x 32 boat slip or covered jet ski lift. ($10, $5 per night, respectively)
Once you are winding down from your day of boating, swimming, shopping, golfing, etc. you can come relax in your nicely furnished condo. Each bedroom is well appointed with a queen bed, fresh linens, closet and/or dresser and TVs with cable in each room. The bathrooms each have a glass surround shower. In the main living area you will enjoy a full kitchen with upgraded appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, glass top stove and over-the-counter microwave. The kitchen area also has a conveniently located full size washer/dryer unit. On the front balcony you have your own outdoor gas grill.
The living area with its vaulted ceiling has plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. Included is a bar table and stools. Counter stools at the eat in kitchen area. Pull out couch, loveseat, and chair overlooking the lake and screened in porch. A surround sound stereo system that is filtered through out the condo is perfect for entertaining. Included in the entertainment package is TV, DVD, and Stereo system with CD.
Once you make your way out to the screened in porch you will notice that this area is also well equipped for your family and friends. With a table and four chairs, love seat and chair, TV, stereo system and of course that awesome view of the quiet and serene cove. You will find yourself spending a majority of your evenings here.
If you need to leave the grounds there are many shops, water parks, restaurants, golf courses, etc. within close proximity so you will have no problem making it a memorable weekend, especially knowing you have such a comfortable place to call home for the weekend or longer if you choose.
