Want a home-away-from-home setting in a quiet cove location that is still close to all of the Lake area fun?
You have found it here in this stylishly decorated, neat and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This condo is a top floor unit that insures no noisy neighbors from above disturbing you and provides you with some great views of the 1mm cove, and part of the the main channel and Bagnell Dam.
This condo by land is found on road W-24 at Lighthouse Landing Condominiums. If you are feeling lazy you can choose to either swim in the well maintained pool or take a dip in the calm cove where a swim deck is provided for your lounging pleasure.
Additionally this condo offers the convenience of a 16 X 44 boat slip, $15 per night.
Once you are winding down from your day of boating, swimming, shopping, golfing, etc. you can come relax in your nicely furnished condo. Each bedroom is well appointed with a queen bed, fresh linens, closet and/or dresser and TVs with cable in each room. The bathrooms each have a glass surround shower. In the main living area you will enjoy a full kitchen with upgraded appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, glass top stove and over-the-counter microwave. The kitchen area also has a conveniently located full size washer/dryer unit. On the front balcony you have your own outdoor gas grill.
The living area with its vaulted ceiling has plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. Included is a bar table and stools. Counter stools at the eat in kitchen area. Pull out couch, loveseat, and chair overlooking the lake and screened in porch. A surround sound stereo system that is filtered through out the condo is perfect for entertaining. Included in the entertainment package is TV, DVD, and Stereo system with CD.
Once you make your way out to the screened in porch you will notice that this area is also well equipped for your family and friends. With a table and four chairs, love seat and chair, TV, stereo system and of course that awesome view of the quiet and serene cove. You will find yourself spending a majority of your evenings here.
If you need to leave the grounds there are many shops, water parks, restaurants, golf courses, etc. within close proximity so you will have no problem making it a memorable weekend, especially knowing you have such a comfortable place to call home for the weekend or longer if you choose.

- Our Condo is located directly across from Bagnell Dam, Giving easy access to "The Strip", By water you can enjoy Restaurants and bars like the Nauti Rooster at the "0" Mile Marker, Ozark Yacht Club (Great on Water Breakfast) at the "1" mile marker, Village Marina Restaurant and Pool Bar at the "3" mile Marker, The Duck fine dining (best food on the lake great romantic night out) at the "4" Mile Marker, Schmittys Liquor Box (a Local favorite with the best sunset view try the Leg Spreader) at the "4" Mile Marker, Dock Knockers (known for there crab legs) at the "4" Mile Marker, Shady Gators (Great Cajun Food and atmosphere) at the "7" Mile Marker, Lazy Gators (Best Lake View Pool Bar) at the "7" Mile Marker, H Toads (Huge Party Complex) at the "7" mile marker as well. Why the Owner Chose Lake Ozark
Great area, close to everything but traffic is not an issue. Great coves for skiing and tubing, no crazy water like you see above the 10mm. Nice quiet complex with a dock like you would get with a house! Tons of great restaurants and bars and close to the strip to keep the kids happy when they arent on the water
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Hanging at the pool or down on the dock at our table and chairs playing the ring game. Grilling steaks on the porch and hanging on the screened in porch listening to the ipod and watching the Cardinal games on the tv on the screened porch. We also enjoy getting up early and going for walks around the subdivision by the condo. Our unit is also just a 3 minute drive to mike Finks Marina where our renters have enjoyed Renting pontoons and Wave runners.

We visit the lake every Thanksgiving with extended family and this year was no exception. The condo was a wonderful retreat "home away from home"...with all the amenties needed to totally make our stay enjoyable and relaxing which gave us the chance to visit and help make memories for a lifetime. The condo was very clean,comfortable, decorated beautifully and inviting........ We would reccommend this property to anyone for a fun filled weekend or week's vacation and will definately stay again if the opportunity arrises.

We loved "living" in this home for a week in August. I walked in the door and was blown away by how beautiful, open, and welcoming this home was. It was clean and ready for company. It looks like a model home. We had everything we needed. The photos really don't do it justice - it was better "live"! The screened in deck was awesome. It was a great vacation and I don't think anyone could be disappointed! Matt promised it would be great and that we would be happy with it. He was right! We'll be back next summer.

This was a beautiful condo, but the view is nothing more than boat slip roofs. The owner was very responsive until we arrived and needed help. We sent emails and left 2 messages on their voicemail. We never received a response. We froze in their do not tamper thermostat (temperature at night was 69), the bathroom sink leaked continuously, the ice maker did not work. This was not a big issue to carry ice, except the owners had left so much of their food in freezer there was only room for 1 bag at a time. The kitchen is missing everyday items like measuring cups, decent dishtowels,etc. I had packed everything I could think of, but assumed basics would be there. If the view is not important, etc. this condo will suffice. This was a big weekend for us. We were reuniting after 28 years of looking for a niece that was adopted out at birth and that we had just found 3 weeks ago.
