From our 22 Morning Street cottage, it is just steps to the amazing surf and a short drive to the city of Portland. Spend your days lounging on the beach and enjoy all the opportunities that the city of Portland has to offer in the evening - fabulous restaurants, art galleries, shopping.
Completely renovated and furnished in 2005, the cottage has all the comforts of home. Enjoy the ease of the open living space, a private fenced yard with outdoor shower/dressing room, waterview from the screened porch with all the amenities you could think of at your disposal.

Memorial Wknd-June 19: $2000/wk. or $1800/wk. for multi wks.
June 19 - Labor Day: $3000/wk. or $2800/wk. for multi wks.
Sept(after Labor Day): $2000/wk. or $1800/wk. for multi wks.
Off season rates (October - May):
$1200/week or $250 per night with 3 night minimum
Off season rentals will include a $100 cleaning/turnover fee.
