Completely renovated and furnished in 2005, the cottage has all the comforts of home. Enjoy the ease of the open living space, a private fenced yard with outdoor shower/dressing room, waterview from the screened porch with all the amenities you could think of at your disposal.

June 23 - Labor Day: $3000/wk. or $2850/wk. for multi wks.
Labor to Columbus Day: $2000/wk. or $1800/wk. for multi wks.
Off season rates (after Columbus Day - pre Memorial Wknd):
$1200/week or $250 per night with 3 night minimum
Off season rentals will include a $100 cleaning/turnover fee.

We spent a week here and would absolutely come again. The facilities are very up-to-date and yet, quite charming. A nice mix of modern and cozy. Easy access (about 20 minutes) to Portland is a big plus. There are endless outdoor activities along the Maine coast. We took in Scarborough Marsh, The Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, Kennebunkport, Evergreen Cemetery in Portland (a great place for birding), Pemaquid Point & lighthouse, and the fish ladders at Damariscotta mills. Breakfast at Higgins Beach Inn (a 3 minute walk) is good and reasonable.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
