This Beaver Creek Village condo is located just above the Elkhorn Lift, and backs to the Creekside Skiway- which contains a wonderful park with trails, playground, and creek running right through the backyard. Get your ski report by looking out the window at the slopes! Step out the back door, and ski right down to Chair 14- The Elkhorn Lift.
The condo is recently remodeled, and is very tastefully decorated. It features a private ski locker, wood burning fireplace, wireless internet, and an amazing view from the balcony. Crack the window at night, and all you will hear is the creek running in the backyard. A parking spot is also included in the building garage. Dial-a-ride is available, but who needs it? Walk to the village for dining, shopping, and entertainment. An outdoor community hot tub is available year round.

Enjoyed our stay in Townsend Place. The homeowner was very responsive. The property was as described. The location was fabulous. We like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked. Simple perfect.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Welcome to our getaway! When our family wants to slow it down and savor our time together, we head to Beaver Creek. We wanted a location where there was something for everyone. My youngest is a novice skier. The older kids are boarders with different abilities. The kids love to ski/board together. And Townsend Place is the perfect location because the kids can ski right back to the condo (on green runs if necessary.) In our family, the kids like to take breaks or eat lunch at different times, with our condo they can make it back without jumping on a shuttle or needing an adult. Just perfect for a stress-free holiday.
Why the Owner Chose Townsend Place:
My family's been vacationing in Beaver Creek since the early 1980s. It's a short drive from Denver or an even shorter drive from Eagle Airport. Once we park the car, there's no reason to ever drive. We can walk to dining, shopping, grocery store or Starbucks. Best of all, we put the skis/boards in the ski locker and never have to carry them any where, but the few feet to the Elkhorn Skiway located outside our back door. If the kids don't feel like skiing, we can swim in the Avon Recreation center, tube, ice skate, snow shoe, hot tub, see a movie, or just hang out.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I said it before, staying in Beaver Creek slows down time. It's a great place to reconnect as a family. It's quiet, soothing, while providing plenty of excitement on the mountain. Great food--both casual and fine dining--is close by. We love to roast marshmallows and make S'Mores. A perfect evening is sitting around the fire at the base of BC. Perfect family time, perfect family memories.
