What a beautiful, relaxing home! I recently enjoyed my second stay at this condo and loved all the improvements the owner has made. I thought it was beautiful before and was delighted with all the improvements, including the new large screen t.v., in the living room , which I enjoyed watching while using the newly renovated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertop . I love the sweepping views of the water from the kitchen, dining room and living room. I'm a bird watcher and love watching the birds from the decks , off the living rm and master b.r.. There is a lovely little estuary where some geese had made a nest and we saw a fox too! The first floor b.r. has a comfy new queen size mattress, which is perfect for my Mom, as she could stay on the first floor. I plan to go back again and take my granddaughter, who I know will love the bright cheerful b.r. on the 3rd floor. The condo has 3 full baths and 1/2 bath. 2 of the bathrooms are newly renovated with large tiled showers , with glass doors and beautiful vanities. I'm aware from staying there before, that grills are not allowed, due to the local fire codes. If you and your friends or family have the opportunity to stay at this condiminium, you will definitely be pleased. My Mom said, it was the nicest place she ever stayed, and that was before all the recent renovations! Thanks to the owners for creating and maintaining such a cheerful, serene and inviting beach getaway!

We were impressed with how nice this place is as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is beautiful and the bathrooms are amazing, especially in the master bedroom. There was plenty of space for 5 adults. The private dock out over the bay was great!! It's in a great location, right in the middle of Ocean City and a few blocks from the beach. I will be coming back, for sure.

I stayed at this house for a week in July 2010 and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for the five other people I brought with me. The house is in a pretty good location, just a short walk to the beach, and extremely close to two of Ocean City's top bars (Fager's Island and Seacrets), but far enough away that the noise doesn't bother you. I was very impressed with the newly renovated master bathroom and kitchen. Also, there are assigned parking spaces for you and your guests which is important. Overall, this is a great vacation home and I had a great experience and would recommend you try it.

My husband, 3yr old and I stayed in this home for a week and loved our experience! It was far larger than the pictures do justice. Upon arrival the home was sparkling and spotless. I wished I had more people to stay with us to use all of the rooms. The decor was lovely, the kitchen was a cook's dream and every bathroom had been gorgeously renovated. It was secluded enough that we did not experience the crummy crowding that comes with staying in a motel/hotel, but easily accessible to the beach with a short walk and all necessary stores (grocery, beach shops, etc) We also enjoyed having a deck to sit on and let our child play on while we relaxed. We very much enjoyed that the beach area was nowhere near the boardwalk as we wanted a more family beach, 61st St. offered just that, with free parking if we drove! My husband had to tend to work several of the days that we were there and the wireless internet was a huge help. Parking was copious. The washer and dryer totally came in handy even though I didn't think we'd use it at all. Overall, we were delighted and will stay there again.

This is a beautiful condo. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is because the bed in the downstairs bedroom is actually a fold out futon, not a queen bed as stated in the description. The owner said that it is a regular mattress, not a futon mattress, but there is no box spring and it is on a futon frame, so not super comfortable. Plus if you are tall, your feet will hit the futon frame. The first level has one bedroom, a half bath, washer/dryer, gorgeous kitchen, dining area/living room and a sliding door to a large deck looking out over the bay. Second level has 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom and nice little balcony right above the big deck. The third level is a loft type bedroom (no door) with twin beds and a full bath. There are 2 roll away beds available also. Decorated very nicely. The bathrooms and the kitchen all look new. The only cooking problem we had was that there is no grill. The views over the bay are really pretty. You are facing a restaurant, Fager's Island, which plays music all night, but if you close the sliding glass doors you won't hear a thing. The beach is about 2 blocks away, which is walkable, depending on how much stuff you bring with you. We never could find parking near the beach (we were there in August, so busy season), but we found it worked to drive over, drop off the stuff and people, and drive back. You do have to make a U-turn to get to the beach if you drive. If you haven't been to Ocean City before, it is BUSY! 8 lanes of traffic. I didn't expect that, but we got used to it. If you want a beach without high rises behind you, take a short drive to Assateague Island. It will cost you $15 for a carload, but that is good for the week. The wild horses are here, and we saw alot of them. Very pretty, and a different beach scene than Ocean City. If you like water sports, head to 48th Street Watersports. It is on the bay side, which is VERY calm and extrememly shallow, so you can sail, kayak, stand up sailboard and windsurf. Great people, and great instruction if you need it. We also rented a jetski from a place close to Seacrets (fun, tables and bar stools in the water!) Don't miss the restaurant The Shark. It is in West Ocean City, on a street with neat views and other restaurants/bars. The food is incredible. Check out the lunch specials and happy hour specials - can't beat their value.
