Q. WHERE IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?
A. The closest airport is McGee/Tyson located just South of Knoxville, TN, and is approximately 45 miles from the cabin.
Q. WHEN ARE THE OFFICE HOURS?
A. The office is open Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 5:00 pm and Sunday 1:00 pm - 5:00pm.

A. If you will be arriving for check-in after the office is closed, simply let Moose Creek Crossing Cabin Rental Office know and special arrangements will be made to accommodate your arrival.
Q. WHAT ARE THE CABIN AMENITIES?
A. This cabin is fully furnished with luxury amenities. All linens, bedding, pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided for your convenience. We also provide a starter packet of paper products that includes toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. These items are intended as 'starter' items and will not be adequate for lengthy stays.
Q. WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
A. We suggest you bring along a few items to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Since we only provide a starter packet of paper items we suggest you bring along an additional supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. We also suggest beach towels for use in the hot tubs. Since our area is in the mountains of East Tennessee the elevation causes us to have cool evenings ... a jacket is suggested even in the middle of summer.
Q. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
A. Moose Creek Crossing will refund the deposit if the named renter notifies us in writing 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The $35.00 reservation fee is Non-Refundable. If less than 30 days see the Moose Creek Crossing Rental Agreement.
Q. HOW DO WE MAKE A PAYMENT FOR OUR RENTAL? A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. (We do not accept personal checks at any time.) At the time of booking your first nights rent and a Non-Refundable $35.00 reservation fees are due. The remaining balance is due at check-in.

Your cabin is so perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub! We spent most of our vacation on the trails and in the towns and so the cabin was a great place to rest before heading out to be busy. Perfect "home" away from home. We'll be back. This was our second stay at Heavenly Daze and will not be our last. We found Gina's cabin on the VRBO site over a year ago and found it to be quite accommodating for us. Gina obviously takes a lot of pride in her cabin and it shows. If we choose to build a fire in the fireplace, the wood is right there as is a wonderful gas grill for our cooking. Everything is spotlessly clean and we do what we can to leave it that way when we go home. There is so much to do in the Sevierville area and everything is so close! Although we did not venture in to any of the parks this year, it is in our plan the next time we come. Gina has given us great information on the park areas and I know being in them is something she loves to do. We visited the Bush Bean Welcome Center this year only a half hour or so from the cabin as well as Biltmore House in Asheville, NC. We also tried the new restaurant, Partridge and a Pear in Pigeon Forge. The food and service was wonderful! We have been at the cabin for an extended period of time in the off season so love the variety of cooking utensils available for us as well as a washer and dryer. Oh - and that hot tub on a winter starry night with a tiny bit of snow falling down is fabulous! We have three grandchildren in the area that spend a few nights with us and there is plenty of room for their stuff without us feeling cluttered. The cabin is so spacious for the smaller group and not too high up the mountain near Wears Valley. We enjoy our privacy even when the other cabins near Heavenly Daze are occupied. Thanks again, Gina for allowing us to share your cabin another year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: Hi there, my name is Gina, along with my buddy Maverick. I'm originally from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. My family moved to Winter Garden, Florida in 1980. I'm the youngest of 10 kid's (6 Brothers and 3 Sisters). I've worked for the Walt Disney World Co. since 1987. When I was a child (age 8), as I learned about the state of Tennessee, The Great Smoky Mountains, all the wild life and all that it stood for...it was then that I had decided that I wanted a cabin tucked away in the woods of the Great Smoky Mountains and so I did! My hobby: Just living life to the fullest and making ALL my dreams come true...and so they have! I truly believe that a thousand mile journey begins with the first step...and it always will!

I bought my cabin in this location because it's very close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the enterance to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the every day life. What better place to have a childhood dream come true then up in The Great Smoky Mountains!
