Very Large 6th floor 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus pullout, beachfront, corner end unit, condo at Splash. This unit is bright, comfortable and cheerful with three full bedrooms each with their own sliding door onto a balcony. Since it is on the corner, you'll get the best unobstructed views available. Plus, each bed has a luxurious memory foam mattress. Don't you just hate it when you go on vacation and have to sleep on a lumpy mattress? Well not here. You'll sleep so well, you'll be wanting a foam mattress for your own home.
Splash is Panama City Beach's only amusement water park and luxury condo/hotel all in one. Enjoy the many water areas:
1) The lazy river with its running current in the water,
2) The 'Dive-In' theater - watch movies while swimming!
3) The Jungle Gym Water Park with its HUGE Splashing water bucket
4) The heated pool and heated sauna
5) The fully open sunshine pool, great for sunbathers and swimmers alike and
6) a shallow play area for toddlers who want to get their toes wet too
Additional features of this condo:
1) 2 King Size and 1 Queen Size Bed.
2) Living room includes a pull-out couch.
3) Each bedroom has a sliding glass door to its own ocean front balcony.
4) Double exposed living room means maximum beach views
5) High Speed Internet in unit. There is an ethernet jack in the main unit. Feel free to bring your own wireless router if you need wireless. There is also wireless internet provided in the lobby area.

A Tiki bar with drinks and food service sits along side one of the pools. Across the walking bridge, you will find Alvin's Island (THE Tropical Department Store) and snack bar for easy beach fun knick-knacks.
And if that wasn't enough - Kids and adults will LOVE the arcade with mini bowling alley! Enjoy unbelievable ocean and beach views while playing a round of air-hockey or other assorted arcade games.
The gym is yet another sight to behold. Very large with state of the art work out equipment including treadmills overlooking the amazing ocean. Complimentary towels are supplied for your convenience.

Policies: No smoking. No pets. Must be 25 or married to rent. If you find it necessary to cancel a reservation with at least 30 days notice, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit, or we will be glad to transfer your deposit to another date with no fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will result in loss of your deposit. In order to avoid loss of your deposit due to illness, hurricane or other natural disaster, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance ( link provided below).

This is a unit that I would recommend highly. If you are a couple traveling with older children or adults you will really want to reserve this unit. Awesome view, comfort and amenities are included with a kitchen that any cook would love. I have never been able to lay in my bed and look at the gulf and watch the waves. My family and I will be returning one day.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

You can't go wrong with this unit! It was beautiful, roomy, and the view is spectacular from every room! Check-in was easy and the kids were amazed at the "bucket" in the water park! We'll be back next year, for sure!

Wow, what a wonderful vacation! This unit is perfect. The foam mattresses made such a difference. We felt like we could sleep for days. The ocean views and balconies from each bedroom was such an unexpected treat. The sixth floor was exactly the right floor, not too high, not too low. Two kitchens really made things easy. We loved the beachy decorations, so cheerful and bright. The kids LOVED it at Splash and were never bored. I thought it was impossible to keep their interest for a whole week, but not at Splash. Having HBO in this unit was great for the adults after the kids went to bed. We really want to rent this unit again sometimes soon. Thanks for everything!

Our stay was wonderful! There are spectacular views from every room. The foam mattress was so comfortable that I wish I had one at home. The children loved the water park. We feel it was a blessing to be able to stay there.
