The accommodations in this 2-bedroom condo were comfortable and clean. Amenities abound throughout the living area. The condo is fully air-conditioned. Satellite TV is available but with limited channel selection. Security is very good in a gated area where parking is available albeit limited and tight. Location is walking distance to the beach and close to shopping centers. The beds could use better pillows. This is a good value overall in a nice quiet part of town.Did you find this review helpful? Thank You Al and Nelida, as well as Myrna who went out of her way to make sure we arrived and settled in comfortably. Renting a home is so much better than staying in hotels and is much more economical. The apartment was clean and comfortable, except for the patio loveseat. Light outlet on roof needs repaired and a shelf and hook would be nice in the master bathroom. These are trivial things and would not deter me from renting there again. Thank You! My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villas de Costa Mar very much. The apartment was immaculate and very well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The apartment is located right across from a very nice beach that is perfect for walking, jogging and taking your family for a picinic. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well. It was our first trip to Puerto Rico for the World's Best 10k. Villas De Costa Mar provided an at home environment, giving us the option of cooking in, or dining out. The beach and nearby Gulf Course provided an excellent trail for my daily runs. The manager was friendly and extremely helpful with driving instructions. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We completed our 2nd stay at Villas de Costa Mar over the Christmas holiday and were very pleased. Located in a pleasant residential community, it's very cozy and makes us feel right at home. The property is literally across the street from the beach, a major selling point for us. There are several restaurants within a few blocks, as well as a snack shop with full bar on the beach. We shopped at the local grocery store and made our own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The owners are accomodating and keep the unit well-maintained. To Al & Nelida Rios We had a very pleasant stay in Dorado; thanks in part to the comfortable accommodations at Villas de Costa Mar. The Unit was a welcomed change from the confined space of a standard and all too often, overpriced hotel room. Your patio was our favorite spot for our morning coffee & the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to take in those spectacular sunsets. Ah...& then there is Dorado Beach, paces away...and it neighbor, Cerro Gordo minutes by car both beautiful beaches. We enjoyed the restaurants, the live music on the weekend & the late night quiet...when the only sound was that of the surf. It doesn't get much better than this. I do think that the Master Bedroom could use a small dresser; both of us were partially living out of our suitcases. Another towel rack or hook in the bathroom would be a practical plus. Perfect location! Seconds from the beach, fully stocked and very clean. Your Villa was in terrific conditions, clean and at an excellent location. Our entire family had a great time at the beach. Everything was very convenient. From shopping to finding places to eat. About the owner: We visited this complex in 2005 and feel in love with the apt and area. We visit each year and our extended family all love the accommodation and Dorado beach area. The unit was updated in Aug 2012, visit our website for more information and pictures... The unit is equipped with everything we need to be comfortable; we arrive and just settle righ in with all the comforts of home! Please note this is our home and we enjoy sharing it with all our guest.

Great location we feel in love with this area on our first visit. You can walk to restaurants and typical food kiosks in the area. Dorado is known for its beautiful beaches, calm waters, with no high tides as in Condado and Isla Verde. Dorado is on the north side of the island just minutes from hway#22 for easy access to anywhere on the island. Our great staff and owners will provide you with executive service from inquiry to departure and into your future visits...
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We fell in love with this apartment for its location and outdoor living areas. The balcony where I have my morning coffee. Rooftop terrace is great for sunset dinners to relax, cook on the BBQ grill and have a few drinks. The beach across the street is a big plus; my son loves the beach and we go and build castles and take long walks along the water. We walk to restuarants and if they are busy we just order and they call us when ready and we pick it up. All the comforts of home and maybe a little more in a paradise setting you will learn to love and enjoy also!
