Imagine a 120 square meter living area, bathed in the Sun, with a view on the river and across to the Parc de Saint-Cloud. 3 huge bedrooms (75, 60 and 50 square meter), a den, a 50 square meter sun deck. The houseboat it fully furnished, sober yet with good taste. Several reproductions of bas reliefs from the Louvre Museum, along with original artwork. The living area is well above the waterline, with large bay windows. The bedrooms are huge with views directly above the water.

The wood paneled walls, floor and ceiling give this spacious unit incredible warmth and participate to your wellbeing.

The unit even has a full drum kit and a harmonium (reed organ) in working order.

You are welcome to greet your business relations or party with friends. You can easily accommodate up to 70 people.
