Mine and my family's stay at this beautiful home was definitely the highlight of our year! The house is fully equipped with everything you could ever dream of needing. All of us are really big on fishing too, so the lake out back was a real treat. Of course everything we wanted to do, as well, was either in walking distance or a short drive, like going shopping or eating out. The community pool is even prettier in person than it is in the photo, and is just a short walk from the house, as is the beach. The pictures don't do this gorgeous home any justice! I encourage everyone to try out this home. You won't regret it!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was definitely Worth the Wait! The bed and linens were very comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, the spacious bathroom was luxurious, the view in the back was so nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and relaxing while enjoying the scenic view. It was so nice to be within walking distance form the beach too. There was plenty of shopping, restaurants, bike/walking trails close by. The property was well maintained and the owners were wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend Worth the Wait for a couple's or family vacation!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This was first our experience at staying in a vacation home....this home was is very beautiful and clean. It has everything you need. We could not have asked for a better location, amenities, and convenience. We went grocery shopping and made your house a home (even if just for the weekend). We really enjoyed the grill, the deck, the lakefront, the fully supplied kitchen, the cd player, the decor etc. The place was spotless and you really made the whole process seamless. We are in our 40's and it was just what we were looking for. We were in walking distance to the beach, very close to the outlet, restataurants, grocery stores etc. The 4 of us ate, and watched Alabama football. RTR! We cant wait to come back!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Our family of 4 has stayed in this home several times, and are looking forward to a return visit this summer. The property is exactly as is described, with excellent clean and comfortable furnishings, great location, access to a beautiful pool, and a short walk or drive to the beach area with public parking. We love the one-level convenience, spacious garage, and well-stocked kitchen with the dining area overlooking the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained, and includes a fitness center and tennis courts next to the pool. We always look forward to returning to this home.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We were delighted by the cleanliness and openness of the property -- both inside and out. It really feels like a "home away from home." The photos didn't do this property justice! It's convenient location makes a dip in the pool or walk on the beach an enjoyable experience without being a burden of gathering supplies, people, and food. The Crab Trap, located across the road from this property, allowed us to have a quick and affordable bite on the beach mid-afternoon. Make sure you try the hot tuna dip! A beach bucket full of gratitude to the owners for allowing us to stay in their home. We will definitely be back again next year. I'm already planning a return in March, 2013!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
