This 3000 square foot home is situated on the side of a mountain on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe about five minutes north of the major South Shore casinos. It has breathtaking, panoramic Lake and Mountain Views from all three decks which face southwest and backs to a 210 acre private estate for seclusion and privacy. The new private hot tub is located outside on the second level deck and will provide four to five guests with splendid views of the Lake and ski runs at Heavenly Valley.
Enter this home at ground level, no steps to climb. Inside you will find rich cedar wood interior walls and inlaid hardwood floors. Step down to the great room and find floor to ceiling windows with a cathedral ceiling and a river rock fireplace. Recently remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, cherry cabinetry, and new appliances. The upstairs den, also with great views, has an over-sized queen sofabed and a 36 inch flat screen TV. The half bath is on this level for your convenience.

George and Jane take great care in maintaining the home that they plan on retiring in. Their home has the same management/cleaning company for many years and is always well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc to make each guest visit there as comfortable as can be.

George and Jane Ulrych have been vacationing in Lake Tahoe for over 25 years. They decided to buy a vacation home there in 2000 after organizing a family reunion and having a difficult time finding a beautiful home to rent there at a reasonable price. Shortly after acquiring the home, they began to rent it out with great success, so much so, that they bought a second larger home in Tahoe a few short years later. Both homes now attract many repeat guests.
