Unlike some of the Kiawah rentals on VRBO, this villa offers you the security and amenities of Resort privileges. This gives you access to Kiawah's Night Heron and Turtle Cove pools and cafes, 24/7 check in, golf/tennis discounts up to 25%, a free island shuttle, advance reservations for island dining, and the security of round the clock front desk assistance by Resort staff.
This villa features wireless, flatscreens, new furniture, original paintings and photographs, and uncluttered decor. In addition, we provide a personal guide, based on scores of guest recommendations, on nearby restaurants and activities.
Most important, the villa is just steps away from the spectacular ten-mile beach for swimming, biking, and sunning. We are also within a stone's throw of tennis, ice cream, Kiawah's newest restaurant, the guest fitness center . We have easy access to the new bicycle path to Freshfields, the marketplace at the island's entrance. Like all resort locations, we also offer award-winning golf courses, miles of bike paths and, not least of all, dining at myriad restaurants, including the sumptuous Sanctuary.
For variety, Charleston is just a 30-40 minute drive from the villa. This historic city boasts antebellum houses and churchyards, secret gardens, romantic walks, renowned restaurants, colorful markets and shops. Also within striking distance for the day are historic plantations and the captivating communities of Beaufort and Savannah.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations cancelled are subject to a $80 non-refundable cancellation fee. However, 100% of amount paid (minus the $80) will be reimbursed if the renter cancels prior to six weeks OR if the property is rebooked at same rate for same period of time. If the property cannot be rebooked, 60% of the deposit/rental fee is returned if booking is canceled from six to three weeks prior to rental period and 40% is returned if booking is canceled under three weeks. No refunds will be made for early departures. In the event of a mandatory hurricane or flood evacuation, however, the renter can “make up” the days lost at a time agreeable to both the renter and the owner.
