  Ahhhhhhhhh, paradise. The description and the pictures accurately describe the resort and the condo, but they are only the introduction to the story. We were excited when we booked the condo, and each day we loved it and Caribe Resort more and more. When you walk into the condo you first are overwhelmed with its spaciousness. Then you see the VIEW!!!!!!! Huge open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with two floor to ceiling walls of glass looking out over Perdido Bay.......boats coming and going, dolphin, fishermen (and women), pelicans, kayaks, and across the bay, assorted buildings and homes whose lights twinkle at night like stars.We did not miss being on the gulf coast at all. The stainless steel and black granite kitchen with chef pots and pans was a joy to cook in and even clean up. It was a treat to have a wine cooler. The living area has two recliners facing the TV and two easy chairs facing the bay which were my favorite spot. Caribe Resort has great security,and abundant, helpful, friendly staff who keep it impeccably clean and tidy. The resort has beautiful pools, lazy river, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, a putting green and so many other features that you will not get to use all of them. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. I would also recommend Cobalt the Restaurant at the end of the property for their buffet breakfast every morning, and their happy hour with drink specials and half price appetizers---my favorite: Firecracker Shrimp. I also heartily recommend the dolphin cruise by the Cold Mill Fleet whose boats create a wake that the dolphin jump in--so exciting. Lastly, Demetrious couldn't have been more helpful or attentive. He checked to see how we were doing and immediately got any thing we needed. We hated to leave.

  We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean and well maintained. Perfect location for fishing, shopping and just a couple of miles from the Flora Bama! We all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, the sauna and especially the lazy river! We ate at the Cobalt one night and the Crab Trap one night. We also attended the 41st Annual Shrimp Festival in Gulf Shores! We enjoyed Bushwakers at the Pink Pony in Gulf Shores. We've already decieded we're coming back next year! Our Agent Demetri was very accomodating, he even brought us a Key Lime Pie upon arrival!

  Our stay at The Caribe was awesome!!! The unit was so spacious and perfect for our 7 adults and 2 children. Very clean and plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is well- equipped, the furnishings up to date and the beds really comfy! Demetri was so nice and answered all our questions, plus he brought us a yummy key lime pie.. :). Thx Demetri!! I'm a life-long beach bum and wasn't sure how I would like not being on the gulf. I LOVED our view! The boats coming and going was so peaceful for the adults and entertaining for the children. Our grandchildren (2 yrs. and 21mos) loved the zero-entry pool, lazy river and slides at the indoor pool. I highly recommend The Caribe and especially this unit!

  HAD A GREAT TIME EVERY THINGS WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. ONLY THINGS I DON'T LIKE IS THAT I WANTED FROM 8TH ON FRIDAY TO THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY ON THE 17TH BUT COULDN'T GET IT NO FRIDAY CHECK INS OR SUNDAY CHECK OUTS. I ALSO LEFT MY RED SHRIMP PEELER

  Very large unit was so well laid out with plenty of beds, an open floor plan, large wrap around balconies and great furnishings. Very clean, beautiful views. Host stopped by to greet us and brought a gift. Would definitely rent this property again.

  I stayed at this property for three nights mid-May 2012 for a girl's weekend. The pictures truely do not do this property justice. The condo is beautifully decorated and was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The view is gorgeous and the location immecable. The condo is quite large with plenty of room to accomodate a large group. Property management went above and beyound any other vacation rental experience I've had anywhere on the gulf coast. Booking was truely an enjoyable and stress free experience. We would book again without hesitation and highly reccomend this property to our friends and family.

  We had a wonderful stay at Caribe and unit C607 is the best!! Awesome wraparound balcony. Views for miles. Huge master suite,kitchen and living area. Demetrious was a great host, made sure everything was as promised and even brought us a delicious key lime pie to enjoy during our stay!! He gets an A plus for service. We have stayed in other Caribe units but this one is by far the best. You wont regret booking with Paradise Gulf Propertys and Demetrious!!

  We knew we were in for a great weekend when we pulled into the property and seen how great it was kept. The trams cars to the beach were a great ideal. The location to all the local resturants and shops was great. not in the mix, but not out of the way. Demetrious was very helpfull from the booking to the exit. Was always able to be reached for all questions leading up to the vacation and offered help if needed while we were there. We cannot wait to come back again.

  Our stay was perfect! The suite was immaculate. There was plenty of room for our two families of six throughout the day and for sleeping accomodations. We'll be back again! The Caribe has so much to keep everyone satisfied. We particularly enjoyed the sweeping balcony and the spacious kitchen area, not to mention the master suite.

  We enjoyed our stay at Caribe. The unit was clean and well maintained and the view from the wrap around porch was endlessly entertaining. We had a pretty big group and had plenty of room for everyone and cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner! We'd definitely recommend the property to friends. Our only negative was that the fold out bed in the media room was very uncomfortable. Don't depend on that room for an extra guest. The media room was great for watching TV, though!

  Owner response: I have purchased new furniture for the media room and will be putting it in as soon as my current guests check out on March 5th , they had no need for a bed in this room being it is just the two of them staying for over two months
