Short Term Rates:
$150/nt plus tax and $200 security deposit (refundable)--2 nt minimum.
$900/wk plus Texas hotel occupancy tax of 6%, plus $200 security deposit.
$10/nt additional for each pet.
Long term rates:
$2800/mo with $500 security deposit, $200/mo for each pet.
Longer term rental rates negotiable, with $1000 security deposit.
Full payment required prior to arrival.  Major credit cards accepted via PayPal.
