When you stay at the Luana Kai Resort you can enjoy our fabulous oval pool, spa, and sauna as well as our putting green, shuffle board, deluxe lawn chairs, barbecues, and much more.
We also have an activities desk where we can set you up with hours of fun. Luana Kai is conveniently located in Kihei on Kihei Road close to Azeka's Market, Star Supermarket, Safeway, and fine restaurants and shops. We are on the ocean side of the road, with green lawns between our oceanview buildings and the beach. Our beach is great for walking, windsurfing and watching sunsets, however not a good swimming beach, due to some coral.
Our units are individually owned and decorated, we have one, two, and three bedroom units with ocean, partial ocean or garden views,in low rise, three-story buildings. Features include full electric kitchen, stove, microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, color TV, ceiling fans in all units, some units have airconditioning, you must specify if you want air conditioning, there is an extra $20 per night charge for airconditioned units. On site swimming pool, whirlpool, putting green, saunas, and tennis courts. Cabana with refrigerator, stove, sink, and gas grills.
Our spacious one, two and three bedroom units are fully furnished, each unit has a lanai, and offer panoramic ocean, neighboring island, partial ocean/poolview or garden views.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND RATE INFORMATION:
Deposit Required - Low Season .. $150; High Season .. $300. All prices are plus Hawaii State and Hotel Taxes. All prices subject to change without notice.
Minimum stay of four nights all year except Holiday Season (December 20 - January 5; seven nights). Check out is 12 noon; Check in is 3 PM.
Cancellation - There is a $25 cancellation fee. If you are cancelling less than two weeks prior to arrival, you forfeit the deposit. Christmas Holiday Reservations must be cancelled by December 1.
