Lovely end unit 805C on the 8th floor of the center building, tastefully decorated with hand-picked furniture. New plush beds in every room, new granite countertops and cabinets in both bathrooms give this 1700 sq ft, three bedroom/two bath condominium all the comforts and touches needed for a fabulous vacation. Sunset views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony make this contemporary condominium a renter's favorite. Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings in the living and dining room, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. All new living room furniture and patio furniture in March 2011.

Where do I begin with the pool? WOW! This was the perfect place to take kids. The fountain pad was great for my 2 1/2 year old. She loved to run through the sprays of water. We also loved the gradual slope pool. Our daughter was able to freely walk in and out of the pool without my worrying about her falling off of steps. We loved the pool with the rain umbrella. We had so much fun in these three pools that we didn't even make it into the infinity pool or the indoor pool.
Overall, this was a five star experience. We can't wait to go back!!!"

Why the Owner Chose SeaChase
We discovered the Orange Beach area in 1990 and visited there a number of times before deciding to buy property there. We love the area for its natural beauty, the great variety of things to do there and, of course the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Unique to orange beach is the quality of the beach itself. There are few beaches that are better. Plus we love the seafood, the laid back night life and the great variety of things to do in the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores area. Golf, night life, the Wharf area, and the great discount mall all make this a great place for children and adults alike.

The owners are both professional consultants with offices in Dallas and Toronto, Ontario Canada. We split our time between Canada and the US. We have been coming to Orange beach since the 1990 and always love it.

My family stayed in this condo recently and it was perfect. The condo was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped. There were plenty of linens and we loved the ice maker in the bar area. The pools were perfect and we especially enjoyed the hot tubs on the property. Thanks to the owners for answering all of our questions and providing such a great condo for our use!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband & I and my daughter & granddaughter stayed in your condo for a week and enjoyed very much. Spacious, well furnished, and fully equipped. Great location overlooking pool and beach. Balcony is great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would definitely stay again. Sea Chase is is a great complex in a very convenient location.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

"We just enjoyed the month of March at Seachase. The décor in 805C was a comfortable mix of traditional and antiques. We were also pleasantly surprised to find it so well furnished both in the kitchen and with plenty of linens. That’s never been our experience before with rental condos. It felt just like home. We had family visitors during our stay. The grandsons (ages 2 & 4) loved the pool and the beach. There was always plenty to do (riding our bikes through the state park or to the library) or just relaxing by the pool with a good book. The pools were amazing and we were blessed with a very nice sunny month. (We felt bad for family and friends back in Wisconsin who were enduring the end of a brutal winter.) We also had quite a few dolphin viewings from the balcony. Can’t wait to stay at Seachase again in the future.”
