This unit is located on the 3RD FLOOR of the Avalon Tower, which is the newest of the 4 towers. PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED, the unit boasts soothing earth tone decor while the PRIVATE BALCONY provides a spectacular view of the SUGAR WHITE SANDY BEACH and EMERALD OCEAN of the gulf. The balcony also overlooks the oasis environment of the resort's tropical grounds and Avalon Tower pool directly below.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a roomy KING BED and access to the oceanside PRIVATE BALCONY. The connecting MASTER BATH has DOUBLE SINKS, JET-SPA TUB and a LARGE WALK-IN CLOSET. The large open floor plan has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with GRANITE COUNTERTOPS that overlook the elegant DINING AREA, spacious main living area and private balcony. The main living area also has a 46" PLASMA TV and DVD player and a SLEEPER SOFA that converts to a QUEEN BED. The 2ND BEDROOM also has a QUEEN BED and PRIVATE FULL BATH, while a 3RD HALF BATH and UTILITY ROOM with WASHER/DRYER round out this deluxe unit.
