Custom home built in 2006. Secluded on 33 acres of land nestled in the hills at Lake Nacimiento. Home has access to concrete launch ramp 3.5 miles away and private dock that is 2 minutes boat ride from the launch ramp or 10-15 minutes away by vehicle at a beach. You can leave your boat there at night if you choose. There are five bedrooms. One room has two queens, one has a queen and double, two rooms have one queen each, one has a king, there is also huge walk in closet store room with two twins. There are three full bathrooms with showers.
The spacious home has a very unique design so that all of the rooms have privacy. Three rooms are on the first floor and one is in between floors and one is on the second floor. One large game room has a ping pong table. The kitchen is granite and has a large granite center island with bar chairs. New stainless steel appliances. There is a gas BBQ on on the deck with patio furniture.
There is also a jacuzzi along the hillside for a nice romantic get away.

- Access to concrete launch ramp. A large dock is available at a beach 2 minutes boat ride from the launch ramp or 15 minutes by car from the home. Boats can be left overnight at this dock in a nice 5mph zone. Inquire about boat rentals Over 125 wineries within 10 minutes to 1 hour away. Beautiful Paso Robles is only 25 minutes away where you can enjoy shipping, dining and much more.

We had a blast! We have two teenagers both of them had a ball! We loved that every one was together and yet at night we all had our privacy! Wonderful home.. We are already planning on returning!

The house was beautiful and the location was great. It rained most of the time we were there, but we still had a great time. Very spacious and plenty of room with lots of privacy. Everyone had a wonderful time at this lovely home!!

Wonderful house for large family, with lots of amenities. Owners are easy to work with and we would love to stay there again sometime in the future..... The availability of a great dock to keep boat stored at and to hang out during the day really sold us...
