Conveniently located one block from Lake Michigan Beach and two blocks from downtown Charlevoix. You never have to drive the car! You can walk everywhere!

Also included is a pullout couch in the living room that sleeps two.

  • We have enjoyed our week here a lot, even though the weather has been cool and a bit damp the past couple of days. The location of your house is terrific -- very convenient to everything. And despite the cool weather, we have spent a good deal of time at the beach. Our grandson and the dog both love it there. Thanks to you and Paul for a very enjoyable week. Hopefully we'll be able to hook up for a rental in 2008.

  • The Location of this home is everything. We walked all over the neighborhood looking at lovely historical homes with gorgeous landscaping. Walked to the beach for a picnic lunch and in to town on many occasions be it the drug store, lunch, dinner or shopping. Would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation.
