'The Beach House' at Carillon Beach is located on a beautiful white sandy beach catering to families. This home contains 2900 square feet of living space including living room and dining area, three queen-sized beds with private baths, a large Family/Bonus room with queen-sized sleeper sofa, it's own private bath, flat screen TV and DVD. We have a Wireless Broad Band connection, unlimited long distance service and 2 Flat Screen HD TV's. All in an immaculate setting.
Carillon Beach is an upscale gated community on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex contains free standing homes surrounded by three swimming pools, two tennis courts, Children's playground and picnic area. A coffee shop, ice cream, sports bar, yoga studio, paddle board shop, fitness center, restaurants and general store are on site two walking blocks from 'The Beach House'.
'The Beach House offers a family dream vacation in a dream house on the beach with magnificent views of the Gulf from the living room area and large master bed room - two bedrooms overlook Lake Carillon. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from two beach front decks.
Your own private walkover to The beach is provided including a daily lounge and umbrella set up from March to October. One of the three swimming pools is on the Gulf two houses away. Two other pools are heated in the off season. We have everything you will need for children including a full sized crib with linens, umbrella strollers, table and chairs set, toys, pails, shovels, books, Cd's, DVDs, boogie boards, swimming noodles and more, in an immaculate home setting. This is a wonderful location right on the beach with everything you need to have a fabulous beach vacation. The house is very cute, with lots of light, plenty of bathrooms (we had 5 girls for our stay), and well-equipped kitchen, and the surrounding properties are just as gorgeous. Having the resort setting in a gated community, where you can get food and drink within walking distance is a huge plus, making a rental car a plus (since you'll want to travel down 30A for shopping and restaurants) but not a must. Everything very clean. Loved the guide the owners put together, reviewing restaurants and attractions. Their restaurant reccos were spot on! The Terrace and V in Seagrove should not be missed, nor Sunshine's down the road for breakfast. We would definitely recommend The Beach House!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This was the first time to do a rental and we were not sure what to expect. I was in charge of locating a place to house three families for a wedding at Carillon. The house, view, and owners were more than we ever expected. The phone call shortly after arrival to make sure everything was as we expected to the bottle of wine to celebrate our good fortune of finding such a treasure. We hunted daily for shells, watched the dolphins swim offshore, and enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the evening. Our family has not stopped talking about the beautiful location and fun we enjoyed during our stay. We look forward to the opportunity to stay again at the beautiful "Beach House".Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at The Beach House. We found Pat and Vic to be really wonderful people to deal with. I would recommend this property to anyone - except that I'd like to keep it a secret! We thought the location was perfect - one of the very best that you could have in Carillon. We loved all of the available services and restaurants in "town". We enjoyed the restaurants and found the general store staff really helpful - especially with our bike rentals. We are ready to go back!!!! We loved Carillon so much that we have been looking to purchase a home there ourselves. It is the perfect beach community! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with our family!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This was our second stay at The Beach House but our 8th along this part of the FL Panhandle. This house, simply put, exudes "home." We have never stayed in a house that had so many little touches, from the pristine cleanliness to the complimentary toilet paper, that made us want to stay even longer! We are completely spoiled now!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

The Beach House was everything we had hoped it would be and more! The house was beautiful, the view was amazing, the sunsets were stunning, everything we could possibly need was there for us and Vic was so great to work with! The beach house was wonderful, everything we needed and so convenient for families with small children. The best part - working with Vic. About the owner: We are a retired couple with a wonderful close and extended family who love the Beach House and we all spend as much time together as possible. Our house was built not only for our comfort but also for the kids and grandkids in mind. Some of our children are now grown and their children are now sleeping in our full size crib making wonderful memories. We are there when you need us.
Why the Owner Chose Carillon Beach:
The beauty of the complex and the family community (9 grandchildren spend their vacation time with us), and having our own beach house with our own private walkover to the beach and watching the sun go down. It is our dream home.
