"THE BEACH HOUSE" AT CARILLON IS LOCATED ON A BEAUTIFUL WHITE SANDY BEACH catering to families. This home contains 2900 square feet of living space including living room and dining area, 3 bedrooms with private baths and queen-size beds, family/bonus room with a Broyhill queen-size sleeper sofa, and it's own flat screen TV, DVD and private bath. We have 2 Flat Screen HD TVs, Wireless Broad Band Connection and unlimited (Continental US) telephone service.
Carillon Beach is an upscale gated community on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex contains free standing homes surrounded by three swimming pools, two tennis courts, children's playground and a, picnic area. A coffee/ice cream shop, two restaurants,and shopping, is on site two walking blocks from "The Beach House."
"THE BEACH HOUSE" offers a DREAM VACATION in a DREAM HOUSE ON THE BEACH with magnificent views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedrooms. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from two lake front porches and sunrises over Lake Carillon from the guest bedrooms.
Your own private walkover to THE BEACH with daily lounge and umbrella set up is provided March thru October. One of the three swimming pools is on the Gulf two houses away, and one is heated in the winter/spring. We have everything you will need for children, including a full sized crib with linens, playpen, umbrella stroller, table and chairs set toys, pails, shovels, pool books, CD's, DVD's, boogie boards, swimming noodles, book library, and more, in an immaculate home setting catering to families.

Why the Owner Chose Carillon Beach
The beauty of the complex and the family enviorment ( 9 grandchildren spend their vacation time with us), and having our own the beach with our own private walkover to the beach. It is our dream home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This is a family community with lots to do just a short walk from the house for everyone. Monday night concerts , tennis courts, fishing off one of the docks or Lake Carillion, going crabbing at dusk, choice of three pools, one over looking the Gulf just three houses from the Beach House, grabbing a pizza or taking one back to the Beach House or treating yourself to an ice cream cone and shopping at Shipwrecks for the perfect take home gift, rent a bike or just sit on our deck facing the Gulf reading a book or watching the kids at play. For the Golfer there are many first rate courses to choose from including Camp Creek, (Vic's first choice) 5 miles from the house A golfer could play a different course every day Pier Park is close by and a wonderful shopping, eating and amusement park for the young children with a Margaritaville overlooking the Gulf for a fun time and an upscale movie theater However, you never have to leave Carillon Beach. We have it all.

The Beach House was everything we had hoped it would be and more! The house was beautiful, the view was amazing, the sunsets were stunning, everything we could possibly need was there for us and Vic was so great to work with! Our search for the perfect place to stay in PCB is over, can't wait to schedule our next stay in the Beach House!

The beach house was wonderful, everything we needed and so convenient for families with small children. The best part - working with Vic. They were so incredibly nice and really wonderful to work with. We would love to stay in this home again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
