On-site management and beach umbrella service available. Condo is beautifully decorated on the 6th floor directly on the 900 foot beach. Living area beautifully & comfortably furnished with 32" flat screen TV and dvd/vcr, rugs over tile floors. Full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Flat screen tvs in bedrooms also.

Beach front carpeted master with King bed and tv , second carpeted lakeview bedroom with 2 queen beds with luxurious top quality mattresses on all, 2 baths, large washer & dryer, huge furnished patio facing the whitest sand and bluest water in the USA. Downstairs accessable lockable storage for all beach items. Beach items for your use if you destroy you replace. ie, beach chairs, umbrella, toys etc.(Do not bring beach items upstairs)
Walking distance (sidewalks) to Gulf Islands Natl. Seashore. Two golf courses within 2 miles and many more nearby. Excellent shopping in Foley, Gulf Shores or Pensacola. Spend a day at the Naval Museum or rent jet skis, parasail or spend the day shopping at boutiques or huge outlet mall. Boat rental and deep sea fishing available within one mile. Many wonderful seafood restaurants, as well as others, nearby. Publix & Winn Dixie Groceries, shops etc within 2 miles. Off the busy roads.
Snowbirds welcome. This is a true home away from home. We do limit condo to 3 nights or more rental. Max 2 children with 4 adults or 6 people total to keep furnishings first class. No pets allowed per condo assn. rules. No rentals to anyone under age 25 per condo rules. On-site management and maintenance. Gated with security.

Why the Owner Chose Sandy Key
We have owned property here for 10 years and it is not as crowded as other areas and easy to get to. Small community feel and the most beautiful beaches in the world. When we looked at beach condos we wanted a condo ON THE BEACH - not "near the beach" This is a very quiet complex with all the amenities and beachfront which is becoming rare.

Guest book in condo. All Great reviews. All Loved the temperpedic beds and excellent condition of condo.. Loved sitting on the patio having morning coffee watching dolphins. Loved heated pool. Loved close proximity to golf, dining, museum, parks, shopping both to Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Loved being on the beach off the main highway! Many repeat guests.
