Absolutely the best of both worlds, view of ocean from front two bedrooms, and the best patio on the bay, huge, chase lounge and glider! Lots boats & dolphins!!
Have coffee on the patio in the morning and watch all the fishing boats leaving the bay right at the end of the boat docks! The boats returning in the evening put on a brilliant light show! Music drifts lightly across the bay from nearby restaurants. Dolphins play in the bay frequently!
Two king beds for your comfort & a set of twins. Mattresses are new & the best! There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms and living room are equipped with flat screen televisions. High speed internet connection in all rooms.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and tile floors.
The complex features an indoor heated pool, steam, sauna, fitness room and two elevators. No pets and no smoking, please.

We have stayed in this area before and liked it. This condo has a beautiful view, the deck is perfect for lounging or enjoying the afternoon sunset and the accommodations were exactly as represented. My daughter and her family brought their boat for the week so the owner arranged for us to rent a boat slip. Our family consisted of my husband and myself, daughter, her husband and 8 yr. old grandson, and my 94 yr. old mother. My mother truly loved this unit because of the elevator, easy parking and most of all. she enjoyed her time relaxing on the deck while we went out in the boat. This is an excellent place to stay and if you have time during your stay-I highly reccommend a visit to the Orange Beach Art Center where they have wonderful art work to purchase or make.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This condo is exactly as promised in the discription and exceeded my expectations. The picutres in this listing are actual pictures of this condo. The condo is very spacious,comfortable, and exquisitely decorated. The balcony provides a wonderful view day and night. The highlight of our evening was sitting out and listening to the music from the restaurants. Yet around 10pm it magically gets very quiet- no noise from other units or outside at all. All the amenities on the property were nice as well. The owner of this property is very prompt and very helpful. We were very pleased with everything about this condo and our vacation. I am so glad we didn't listen to all the media hype about the current oil situation. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is still beautiful and these folks need our vacation dollars! Go - you won't be sorry!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a beautiful condo and the furnishings are out of this world. The views are specturlar because at night you are not looking out on the dark gulf but you have all the lights and activity to watch on the bay. 24 hour views, fun and sun.Did you find this review helpful?
