We have visited this house twice and are getting ready for trip #3. The first time we went to Kauai was for a family reunion. My hubby and I, our 3 children, my sister and husband and 1 child, and my parents all stayed in the house. I was worried that we would be on top of each other. But the house was designed to allow people their own space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and outdoor view. Each family was able to close their door and get away from the rest of the house for awhile. The house is built on a quiet cul-de-sac but is close to grocery shopping if you want to stay in or prepare meals for a day of adventures. Lots of shops and restaurants are close by as well. A quick drive and you can get to lots of beaches and other activiies like fishing, horseback riding or helicopter tours. (date of arrival listed is the date of our first trip to this house)
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

I stayed here in January and the property is just terrific-- Located right on the golf course in a quiet neighborhood, the large rooms are only bested by the terrific views from any one of a series of wrap around balconies; The suites are quiet and well separated; It is clean and well maintained- right in the heart of Princeville--close to Hanalei, Princeville Hotel(currently under renovation but outstadning public beach!)... Cannot say enough good things about it; Julie from Resort Properties is great--very helpful;
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.
