White sand beaches, an 18-hole championship Links golf course, negative edge pool with swim-up bar, water slide, lazy river, toddler pool, relaxing heated jacuzzi, full service fitness center, beach palapas (covered huts), towels and lounge chairs, food and beverage service on the beach, are just some of the amenities that are offered.
There is also underground parking (water crafts can park there), high speed internet/digital Cisco phone systems in the condo, front desk/lobby check-in/check-out, convenience store, La Maria Bistro & Fine Cuisine.
