Our new fully furnished 4 bedroom luxurious villa is equipped to the highest standard and everything you need for your perfect dream holiday is here including all linen, towels and kitchenware. The two superb spacious master bedrooms each include: king size beds, LCD cable TVs, walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and en-suite bathrooms.
The roomy well designed lounge is large enough to accommodate two good-sized sofas and single chair. There is also a den room with a further queen sleeper sofa, this feature enables the villa to sleep 10 people comfortably.
A superb gas heated pool with built in spa, extended pool deck and upgraded furniture is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax and after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened and has a beautiful view over a large retention pond. The pool gets sun all day with beautiful sunsets. To cap it all, there is a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and with its own ceiling fan - unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday.
There is a games room including a full size pool table and air hockey table and loads of pool toys.
The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.
The den contains a large selection of DVDs, board games and books and also a PlayStation 2 with games.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in lounge and superior master bedroom.
There is a safe provided so you can store your passports, airline tickets etc. A complimentary stroller, high chair and cot is provided.

We were delighted when we were fortunate enough to get the opportunity to own and care for our villa.
Our villa is situated on the highly regarded "Calabay Parc at Tower Lake" gated private estate close to Davenport/Haines City. It is one of Florida’s newest executive gated vacation communities and is situated just south of the interchange between Interstate 4 and Highway 27. It has lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to all the major attractions and malls. Disney is 15 minutes away, whilst the Gulf Coast beaches are only an hour's drive.
Walmart, Walgreen's, Publix retail outlets and take away food restaurants are 2 minutes away. There are plenty of championship quality golf courses close to the villa. One of Florida’s top PGA golf courses is located at nearby Southern Dunes.

In addition, we have a very friendly, helpful, customer focused locally based management company, whose office is near our villa and so are able to respond quickly to guest queries.
Lots of shops and restaurants either side of the H192. For example, there is a super sized 24 hour WalMart for maximum convenience.

Caroline and I have been holidaying in Florida for many years. We liked the sunny climate, theme parks, golf courses, restaurants, shopping malls and Florida State Parks so much that we decided to buy are own villa and enjoy all the comforts of home in the world’s favorite vacation destination. Our fully furnished vacation home gives you a spacious place to relax and amenities at a fraction of the cost of a hotel.
When sadly we have to return home and are not holidaying at our villa ourselves, as a hobby, we rent out our villa for others to enjoy.

Our family rented this villa over Christmas and we could not have been more pleased. It is a very spacious, comfortable home. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. We went to Disney everyday, however, we did find it to be more of a 20-25 minute drive. Still though, not a bad drive. Plus, the cost of renting this house for a week was much more affordable than Disney hotels. The neighborhood is gated with a nice lake you can walk down to. The management company was extremely helpful and got us everything we needed. The owners were great to work with as well. I would definitely recommend this villa.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

The home is clean and was as described in the ad. Also, the owner was sure to have the pool and hot tub heat ready when we got there (we had pool heat issues with another home in this same subdivision we rented). There is an extra fee for this, but it is worth it in my opinion. To me this is a much better way to go than staying on a Disney property or hotel. You get a pool and hot tub to enjoy instead of an overcrowded shared pool. Also, there is free internet access, cable tv's, movies and video games. This home is about 15 minutes to Disney attractions. There are nearby restaurants, grocery stores, fast food, and hospital. The owner is honest and we received our deposit quickly. Would do again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We spent this past January and February at the Brown's abode and were more than satisfied. The listing and photos truly reflected what we expected and found, a property which was clean, well maintained and with all amenities. The grandchildren loved the pool and spa and spent much time therein. The theme parks are within easy reach. If you have children under 12, don't miss the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa. What a great 2 weeks. John and Caroline's place is perfect for a family. For 7 of the days we stayed there were 9 of us and it did not feel at all crowded. The villa is very well maintained and John is great to deal with. Everything is well organized. Management company were very helpful anytime we needed anything. Would highly recommend you stay at this villa.
