Dear Eileen, My spouse and I were looking for an oasis of peace and tranquility and we found it in your beautiful condo. We rented off-season and we knew we would likely spend more time indoors so it was very important to us to find a place that would offer comfort, warmth and convenience. Well, we found it! The condo was charming and spotless and you took great care in providing us with all the amenities and information we required to familiarize ourselves with our surroundings. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. We even had a full moon reflecting on the water like diamonds the first night we arrived. How romantic! We were steps away from the private beach and only a 30-minute ride to Woods Hole's Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Mashpee Commons offered great shopping too. Everything was made easy from beginning to end and you were a phone call away if we needed anything. We coldn't agree more with your previous guests' rave reviews.

Our stay in Eileen's condo was wonderful. The location makes Boston and everything on the Cape very accessible. The space is interestingly and well designed with beautiful fixtures, appliances and cabinetry. My husband loved the shower, I loved the extremely well equipped kitchen. We found the bed extremely comfortable, firm but cushy. The sound of the water and the view down the ocean front were beautiful - remember to look at the night sky, breathtaking! Everything was clean as a whistle and Eileen was consistently thoughtful to work with. This not being a hotel, just do remember to bring your own dryer. We would highly recommend this property. We just returned home from the most awesome week spent in this beauiful condo! The pictures do not do it justice! It is so comfortable and cozy! It is supplied with anything you could ever want! The view is priceless & Eileen is so great to work with! You will not want to get out this most amazing shower & the bed is very comfortable! You cannot ask for more in a vacation home! Eileen, My husband and I were looking for a comfortable and quiet place for a 2-week vacation somewhere on Cape Cod. And that is just what we found. The New Seabury location is a beautiful, quiet community that includes single family homes, townhomes, condos, eating places, and a country club. This condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and right on the ocean. The kitchen has everyhting one would need to do any kind of cooking--we were hoping to be able to eat only half our meals out so this was greatly appreciated. The bed is very comfortable with a moderately firm mattress. And the bathroom has a shower that you will not want to turn off! We had an added bonanza on the 4th of July. The country club directly across the street from the condo did its own fireworks that were spectacular. Then we went back to our deck and watched--from afar--fireworks from Hyannis, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard. Pretty Neat! Kathleen

Eileen, We just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had last week on the Cape. We couldn't have selected a better condo or location. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of your condo, from the high-tech shower, kitchen, HD TV, peace and quiet and the views from the balcony and close proximity to the water are absolutely priceless. We loved that we were only minutes from Mashpee Commons where we enjoyed shopping (including the grocery), a few dinners, and a movie. This was our first visit to the Cape and when we return, we will want to stay in your condo.

Hi Eileen, As we settle into our routine I didn't want to let one more day go by without telling you about your wonderful condo. The location could not have been better and the accommodations more perfect. It always surprised us how nearby and accessible everything (Mashpee, Falmouth, etc) was because when we were in the condo it felt so secluded. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the breathtaking views that we had from the porch. From sunrise to sunset--rain or shine--it was perfect. The interior was also amazing. There was nothing wanting--the fully equipped kitchen enabled us to cook very delicious meals which enabled us to stay in and enjoy the comfrotable accommodations. The pictures on your website does not do your condo justice. We are already planning a return visit. Sally
